Breathtaking ocean views, coastal design, and total relaxation. This 3-bedroom Punta Mita penthouse has ensuite baths, two balconies, and a gourmet kitchen. Lounge by the infinity pool or soak in the hot tub while watching the waves roll in.
*Guests with children under 12 years old are not allowed in the condo or on building property.*
This beachfront penthouse spans two floors and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a private, boutique 18-unit complex right on the sand.
With over 5,000 sq ft of airy coastal living, the space features a gourmet kitchen fully equipped for family dinners, a sunlit living room overlooking the ocean, and a dining area for six.
Two wraparound patios invite you to unwind—complete with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and sweeping views of Banderas Bay, the Marietas Islands, and multiple surf breaks (including one right out front!).
Spend your days between the beach and the infinity-edge pool, surrounded by tropical gardens, shaded palapas, and a BBQ area perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars.
The penthouse is professionally managed by Casas Tropical. Our local team is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay, but check-in is completely self-service with the keypad. Most guests enjoy the independence of self check-in, with the peace of mind that support is close by if needed.
Casas Tropical is a local hosting team dedicated to making your stay 5 star-worthy, with over 30 units in San Pancho, Sayulita and Punta Mita.
El Faro Real II is a private residential community with full and part time residents and part time renters. Our residence is not suitable for noisy wedding parties, college spring breakers, or families looking for a pool as a play area. Teenage (13 and older allowed per HOA) activities should take place away from the common areas of our private residence. Our owners expect the pool area and hallways to be maintained as a quiet `tranquil` environment.
Renters will be required to sign the renter rules and provide the names and ages of all persons in their group. Please review the full rules section of this listing before making a booking request.
*** Violation of the renter rules could result in HOA fines of $125 usd or more. ***
Among the major rules:
- Maximum of 8 guests are allowed in the 3-bedroom condo.
- Guests under 12 yrs old are not allowed in the condo or building property.
- Quiet hours: Before 9am and after 7pm is quiet time. After 10pm is silent time when owners and other guests in the building should not be able to hear each other.
- No smoking anywhere on the property.
