The penthouse is professionally managed by Casas Tropical. Our local team is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay, but check-in is completely self-service with the keypad. El Faro Real II is a private residential community with full and part time residents and part time renters. Our residence is not suitable for noisy wedding parties, college spring breakers, or families looking for a pool as a play area. Teenage (13 and older allowed per HOA) activities should take place away from the common areas of our private residence. Our owners expect the pool area and hallways to be maintained as a quiet `tranquil` environment.

Renters will be required to sign the renter rules and provide the names and ages of all persons in their group. Please review the full rules section of this listing before making a booking request.

Among the major rules:

- Maximum of 8 guests are allowed in the 3-bedroom condo.

- Guests under 12 yrs old are not allowed in the condo or building property.

- Quiet hours: Before 9am and after 7pm is quiet time. After 10pm is silent time when owners and other guests in the building should not be able to hear each other.

- No smoking anywhere on the property.
