La nuestra es una casa de 5 habitaciones, 3 1/2 baños que tiene capacidad para 13 personas cómodamente. Lo que distingue a esta casa de otras casas en el área es la ubicación en el hermoso lago Magnolia y la proximidad al océano. Fue construido para maximizar la vista del océano, pero también en un callejón sin salida que está lejos del ruido del parque. Pacífica es la palabra que describe este hogar. A los pescadores les encanta que puedan pescar desde nuestra casa. Hay 2 terrazas grandes donde puedes reunirte en grupo o escaparte para tomar el sol. Está bien amueblado y todas las sábanas están disponibles. Hay pocas otras casas en el complejo Ocean Lakes que estén tan limpias y bien construidas como esta. Las personas que se quedan aquí siempre nos dicen que esta es su casa favorita en Ocean Lakes.

Host provided excellent communication and was very accommodating. The property was well kept and in an excellent location right on the water. Was the perfect house for our large family. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house. The adults enjoyed the fishing especially after a day at the beach with the kids. The kids loved playing ball in the cul-de-sac. The best house and location that we have stayed in Ocean Lakes.

Fantastic house!

Our family of 12 stayed here and the house was great! Check in was really smooth and the joy see was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The view from the porches was amazing. The porch furniture was super comfortable! The garage was also stocked with beach gear which was very convenient. Carol was responsive and helpful. Thank you 😊

Everything was Great. The only thing we could see that would make it better is if it had TV’s in the bedrooms or at least a couple of them.

Excellent Location and Community!

Our family (including grandparents) truly loved Ocean Lakes! Communication with Carol and the checkin process, etc., was very stress free and easy. It would have been nice to know upfront that there is an additional $70 fee per vehicle for the week. That was an unexpected cost that added up quickly with 4 vehicles. The location of the house was truly fantastic! It was close to everything and afforded the opportunity for us to allow the kids (ages 10-17) to pretty much come and go as they pleased with easy access to beach, fantastic pool and water park, market, grill, putt putt, etc., They really loved the golf cart parade that occurred at night on the “strip” too. We did have the added cost to rent a golf cart as well, but it was worth it. Although the house is listed as 5 bedrooms and 3 FB we found it to be small for our family of 12. The master bedroom felt like it was in the middle of the living room and did not afford any privacy at all. Additionally, all of the beds were on wooden platforms which made for them to be very loud and uncomfortable. We pretty much woke each other up every time we moved in the night. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to get by with preparing meals for everyone and it was great to have such a large table to be able to sit any enjoy everyone’s company. The exterior of the house is in need of a significant power washing. The spiders have pretty much claimed the outdoor space as their own - amazing how fast they can rebuild all of those webs!!! But, at least we didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes, especially being so close to the water! We will definitely be returning to Ocean Lakes again! Thank you very much for sharing your home for our family vacation! :)

The house was in a great location right on the lake. We had plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful

Great experience renting property, wonderful communication. Everyone had a great time. Our only complaint would be the mattresses were not very comfortable but it didn't slow us down, we had a great week.

Beautiful Beach House and Amazing View

We loved our stay at Carol's beach house. The home was very nice and the porches/decks were awesome. This home had the best view of the lake and ocean. We fished a lot from the deck and enjoyed time out on the porches. We would stay again for sure. Carol was super easy to talk to and very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Place

This is a beautiful place to stay. Oceanlakes is getting a little too populated though. There were many people with little open ; which made the lines long in the places that were. I suppose they were short handed because of Covid but my grandkids wanted the ice slushies and the junk food from the little stands in the park. They wanted the slides that were broke for several days.

Plenty of room for our crowd

Great house, clean-plenty of room for our family of 12. Our family had not taken a meal together indoors since March. We enjoyed preparing a large breakfast and family dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this Ocean Lakes house for a crowd!

Great home for an extended family vacation!

This lovely home was perfect for our three generation family vacation. It easily accommodated our 13 (6 adults/7 kids) without ever feeling cramped. Ocean Lakes has great amenities but one of my favorites on the entire property was the swing by the water. The deck and balconies offer amazing views with great wildlife sightings. Would love to go back!

The location was quite in a very crowded 4th of July week. If you like golf carts then this is the place. If not then find a condo or beach house. . The property had all the amenities. The view was great. The owner was very nice and great to work with..

We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect right on the lake and a view of the ocean. Not far walk from both ocean and pool. Kids fished right off the porch every night. House had everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful vacation here!

We celebrated our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary at the beautiful beach house with all of our immediate family! Carol, the owner, was super helpful and sweet!! We had an amazing time filled with many memories that we will forever cherish! We hope to stay here again and highly recommend the place and the wonderful accommodating owners! 😊

AMAZING beach house

Carol's home is absolutely stunning! My family loved staying here and there was certainly plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. I have nothing but positive things to say about the communication and check-in/out process as well. Carol was very quick in her responses to emails and phone calls and was quick to assist when we needed anything. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean everything was and how many amenities were included with the stay-- access to secluded beach, restaurant facilities right down the street, waterpark that is open during the warmer seasons, etc. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Beautiful and Peaceful Location

Our family of 10 spent 2-weeks @ this wonderful house in Ocean Lakes. We enjoyed being on the lake watching the swans, ducks, turtles and the fishing was pretty good as well. The location was perfect and Carol is an absolute gem to work with. We are hoping to return to this home for another 2-weeks in 2016! Thank you Carol for making our stay so memorable!

Relaxing location - Great house!

My family had a fantastic time during our stay at this house. The quiet location was great, yet we were very close to the beach and recreation areas. Everything was clean and well stocked. Carol was so friendly and answered all our questions quickly. She even called a few times before our trip, just to make sure we had everything we needed for an easy check-in. It is a great choice for vacationing in Ocean Lakes!

We have been bringing our children to Ocean Lakes for 27 years. We are an Army family and no matter where we have lived in the world, Ocean Lakes is where we come home to vacation. We have a special attachment to the place and are delighted to actually own a home here.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is a very special house. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, yet it is right on beautiful Lake Magnolia. If you want excitement you will surely find it on the beach or at the Ocean Lakes Water Park. If you want quiet and solitude you can find it on the swing by the lake. You can see the ocean from several of the bedrooms, as well as from the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom and bath suite have a king sized bed and are located on the main level. The house sleeps 14 people with plenty of bathrooms. There is a very quiet and peaceful feel to the house. There are several areas where people can gather or get away by themselves, including 2 large decks and a lower area beside the lake. I promise that after you stay here, you will want to come back.
