Our stay started out very nice, except that the weather decided to be much cooler than we hoped. The unit was clean, neat and comfortable. It's a great location and beautiful view of the gulf, with direct access.Everything was fine until Sunday when we returned but were unable to enter the unit as the keypad would no longer recognize our access code. We did not have success logging into the VRBO app on our phone. Tried calling several different phone #'s with no response. One # stated that their Premier Customer Service is staffed 7 days a week from 9AM to 6PM EST. The message goes on to say if this is an emergency call for no AC or Lockout press 1 to talk to an agent. Pressing 1 only led to a voice mail box. Left several messages. We started around 3PM and finally got an answer, at a different #, after 7PM. The solution was actually quite quick and simple. But getting to it was inexcusably long. Over 4 hours.So, if you don't need assistance, this is a 5 star stay. Unfortunately, we did need assistance and are quite disappointed in what was required of us to get it. We lost out on doing anything that day while we tried to get access to the lodging we had paid for, and our belongings inside.
