This lovely gulf front condo offers stunning sunsets in an intimate atmosphere of only 4 gulf-facing units! Enjoy the sparkling heated pool, tiki bar, or cook out on the grill - all just steps from powdery, white sand and soothing gulf waters! This area is only a short walk from restaurants, shopping, a water park and many attractions. Enjoy making memories with family and friends - you won't need a car, but if you have one, enjoy secure on-site parking. *Please Note: This unit is 2 floors up from the ground level parking garage, so stairs are required to access the unit.

We were blown away by the attention to amenities provided such as condiments, personal products, umbrella and chairs even a beach bag which I always forget on trips. The property was well maintained even beyond this unit. Pool was clean. AC was just right. Perfect location. Exceeded my expectations.

This was our second stay here. Everything was clean and well kept. My favorite aspect is the balcony that overlooks the beach. It is so relaxing to spend the evenings listening to the waves. We will be back!

Amazing and accurate! Will be back!

Took a best friend’s trip and we are so glad we stayed here! The listing description is accurate to the pictures and the host has so many accommodations as far as kitchen items and beach toys, etc - makes traveling out of state so much easier. The furniture was comfortable, beds are on the firmer side but still good quality. The views are something I’ll never forget and you couldn’t ask for anything better in a vacation spot. The pool was clean and such an amazing amenity also.. spent so much time in there if we didn’t want to be out on the beach. Hoping to come back with family or take another friends trip! Hands down would stay here again! Also, host was amazing to work with!

Amazing condo!

My family of four has been coming to Indian Rocks Beach for a while now, and have stayed in a variety of different properties. This was our first stay in this condo, and it definitely is our favorite. The location is amazing, and the overall condo complex is quite nice. What really blew us away was how clean the condo was upon arrival, and the wide range of details that made our stay comfortable. Many basics were provided that in other condos we've had to purchase on our own. The decorating is lovely, and we were comfortable throughout our stay. There is no hesitation to highly recommend staying here, we can't wait to return!

Quick Family Trip

This was my toddler’s first visit to the ocean! The condo was perfect. Right on the beach for naps or breaks, cute little community pool and outdoor area, and walking distance from shops and restaurants. We had a lovely time!

Fantastic setup

The setup of the condo is great for a family of four or larger and offers plenty of space. Very clean, plenty of small things (pots/pans/Keurig/beach towels/chairs). Noise-wise, it is fairly quiet at times but consistent with what you get with a normal beach town. The view is stunning and you have a clear unobstructed view of the Gulf. Heated pool is great for the days where ocean is too cold. What we like most about the setup is how close it is to a set of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Other restaurants are located toward Clearwater, but it is very nice to walk and get coffee, breakfast, ice cream, seafood, pub food and Mexican. Coming back over the bridge, the location is very close to a variety of Publix stores. Owner is very personable and great on communication. If there are things you are additionally looking to do, just ask. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. My family and kids just loved it.

Amazing place

Gorgeous condo with everything we could possibly need or want all there! Stunning views of the beach, easy parking, close access to restaurants and stores - all within walking distance. All the arrangements went smoothly. What more could anyone ask for? 10 out of 10!

Wonderful Condo

Beautifully maintained condo with a beautiful owe of the beach. Walk to numerous excellent restaurants and enjoy the pool on the property. Excellent communications with the owner. You can’t go wrong staying here in Indian Rocks Beach.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and we'll appointed. Suzanne thought of everything, so just bring your clothes and plans for a good time. Many place in walking distance and beach and pool access was fantastic.

Perfect Stay

What a beautiful condo in a great location. The beach is gorgeous and steps away from the condo and the pool. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a vacation spot. Stores and restaurants are easily walkable. Ample parking. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Loved our stay at the beach

This condo exceeded all of our expectations! We have never had a rental stocked so well, even with things we didn't even think we needed, LOL. Very clean, and the location was perfect. There are quite a few steps up to the unit, but the view from the balcony was the payoff! If we have the opportunity to be back in the area we will book again, if it's not already taken. Suzy was lovely, even allowed us to check in a bit early.

Another Great Beach Stay

It was my second time staying here, and it was absolutely great again!!! The place was even better than last time, and it was super then!!!! I liked that the kitchen has some spices, oils, and other needed additives. The fridge had some basic things for use also. The view and sunsets are worth it, and the location is so convenient. The other tenets in the building were friendly, and we all got along. Just cannot beat the beach views and atmosphere. Suzy is a great host, and most friendly to work with, if needed. I cannot come down next year, but hopefully in the future again. Will miss those morning beach walks, for sure!!!

The condo was perfect for my family (myself, husband and toddler). The amenities were great and we had everything we needed at the condo or a block away at CVS or Publix. Super clean and the owner was so kind to allow us to check in early to accommodate our child's nap. We will definitely be back!

Parking issue

Place was great but 3 times during our stay our assigned parking places were taken by work trucks and we had to park down the street in public parking.

Fabulous Beach Condo

Wonderful beach week with a 19 month old in tow. Condo had everything we needed-pack & play, booster seat, toys. The host had everything we needed for cooking including spices and condiments. The condo was immaculate and the view spectacular. Loved the convenience to the beach and pool. There are a good amount of stairs to the condo-FYI. Easy walk to Crabby Bills and CVS. Highly recommend!

Never fails to please

Stayed here many times,perfect location for beach,pool ,restaurants and local Tampa attractions,apartment could not be better,kitchen has everything,bedrooms spacious with adequate storage,I cannot fault this apartment and would highly recommend it,the host Suzanne is amazing and always available to assist with any questions .

For years we dreamed of having a beach condo and after much searching, finally found the perfect place! We love spending our down time in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. With its fun, laid back vibe, gorgeous beaches and sunsets, and proximity to so many attractions, we've found our paradise. We know you will come to love it as much as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

IRB is small but mighty! There are so many great restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions within a stone's throw of the condo. The vibe here is "laid-back fun" and we like that we don't even really need a car when we come down. Everything we want or need is right here!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Each sunset is awe-inspiring; the perfect opportunity to reflect on the special memories that were made on that particular day. One of our favorite activities is sitting on the balcony with a cold drink while watching the magical golden hour blossom right before our eyes.
