The Space:
Welcome to a terrific one-bedroom condo on the shores of desirable St. Pete Beach. With a lovely balcony and partial water view, you can bask in the Florida sunshine in comfort. Gulf Strand Resort is a lovely beachfront complex with a heated pool, hot tub, and gas grills. Centrally located, the Gulf Strand Resort is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Adventure seekers can explore the blue waters by renting jet skis, parasails, or boats just minutes away. Downtown St. Pete is a short drive and is sprinkled with a classic mix of restaurants, beach bars, and shopping, along with the famous Salvador Dali Museum, award-winning Fort De Soto Park, and the St. Petersburg Pier. For the sports fan, the always competitive and entertaining Tampa Bay Rays are a hop, skip, and a jump away.

Inside, the living room's cool blue and white tones mimic the sandy shores and crystal waters just outdoors. This delightful space has a well-equipped kitchen updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Other handy features include a washer/dryer, beach towels, and chairs.

This was a great little place for our week long vacation. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and updated. The 2 bathrooms and W/D really came in handy. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the condo was on the back of the building instead of the front. The beach view was limited and there was a little road noise. I'm guessing those 2 factors made the price a little lower so it was a good trade off for us.

The location was great. Near shopping, food and the beach. The condo was updated but needed so maintenance (floor, towel racks and closet doors). Property management was poor. Very unhelpful. We reported a homeless person camping near our vehicle on the property and was told that WE needed to contact a local shelter and that it was not managements concern. The property was also not very clean. The floors have not been swept and mopped properly. Hair in the bathroom floor, visible dirt on cabinet handles, fridge handles and sink. There were also crumbs under the placemat on the kitchen table.

dryer could be fire hazard

location is good, building nice on beach. Didn't have condo cleaned well counter tops and sink dirty with crumbs. Kitchen table crumbs all over it. Dryer could be fire hazard vent full also into dryer pulled out a pile of lint. Really needs taken care of

Nice and Fragrant

Nice small condo facing Gulf Blvd and public beach parking. Not a lot of amenities for cooking, just the bare basics. The Condo had at least 4 electronic “room fresheners”, which were overpowering.

Great location

Good property with a great location; access to beach, near restaurants and grocery store. Only downfall is the street noise, as the unit is right off the street

At the Beach

Condo decorated nicely. Comfy Bed. On the beach where cabanas are available. Small pool. Pool chairs need updated. Condo is located right across the street from Publix, Dollar Tree, and restaurants. Easiest to walk as the road is super busy.

Tried to get in a little early r told NO but unit was clean and empty. Unit wad beautiful and we had a great time. Would come back. Right on the brach Just dont understand why we couldnt get inesrly since we had food; seemed silly.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I found this to be a perfect spot for our vacation. The unit had great, beachy decor and was very clean & accommodating. The building is in a great central location and within walking distance to pretty much everything you could need. The pool area is a bit small but we prefer the beach, so that wasn’t really an issue for us.

Excellent place to stay!

The bed in the master was comfy and the kitchen and bath were beautiful. My only complaint was the sliding door sticks and the tv didn’t work. The internet was weak and I worked remotely for the week so that was an issue.

Nice condo on beach

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean condo that is right on the beach. It is close to the grocery store and several beach bars/ restaurants are within walking distance. Second full bathroom was a plus. The use of the beach chairs was nice also. Will look to stay here again in the future.

Property states it sleeps 4. You should be specific that this means 2 adults and 2 children.

We had 4 adults, the Trundle bed was only large enough to sleep 2 kids. Do not rent this place if you have more than two adults. The water heater worked occasionally. Out of the 4 nights we spent, we only were able to to take two hot showers. The maintenance company that the water heater is too small for the number of appliances, and only one faucet could be run at a time. Maybe the owner should consider upgrading this so that the guests can have hot showers. Feel like a refund of some sort should be offered.

Great beach getaway

Great location to the beach for walking and hanging out on the beach, along with easy access to get to St. Petersburg area! Thank you very much for the detailed binder of points of interests! We had everything we needed! At certain times, Gulf Blvd can be a little noisy.

St Pete beach condo.

The welcome basket was a nice touch. Great condo. Unfortunately it did not have a view of the ocean but the building is on the beach. We did have a problem with the cable. Teaming worked with us to fix. Overall very pleased.

Awesome accommodations

The condo and furnishings were great! Even had cool beach stuff such such as chairs, cooler and towels! Highly recommended!!

amazing beach property

we loved the condo. it was perfect for my family of 4. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pull out couch was great for the kiddos. loved being able to walk right on the beach. we also spent a lot of time at the pool as well. everyone that stays there was so friendly. the sea turtle right across the street was wonderful for breakfast. the location of this condo was perfect. close to amazing restaurants, Sandbar Bills was in walking distance which was great for night drinks and the kids could play in the sand. we will definitely be back again! my only minor complaint was when we were gathering up to leave, the cleaning lady was waiting outside our door for us to exit. I understand we were close to check out time. however, it just seemed rushy.

Beach vacation

Had a wonderful stay at this property!! Literally steps to the beach with a private entrance, pool and items to bring to beach (umbrellas/chairs/etc). It’s in a great location with lots of delicious restaurants and fun bars. I would definitely like to return to this property when I return to St. Pete’s beach’s
