Your extraordinary Gulf-front experience awaits at Arie Dam 201 perfectly situated on the sugary white sand in Madeira Beach. This peaceful oasis is perched above the sparkling shores where sensational sunsets and soothing waves are enjoyed. This oceanfront community is highly desirable and is just one and a half miles from John's Pass, the renowned outdoor shopping and dining Mecca with over 100 stores and restaurants. This casual and relaxing vacation spot will have you wandering along the coast collecting seashells and wonderful memories. Enjoy access to a refreshing community outdoor pool - it's heated, so no matter when you are visiting, it will be available for you. There is also a poolside pool spa to relax in.

Back home, the private screened-in balcony with sensational, sweeping views allows you to take in the marvelous views without moving an inch from your vacation rental. The open floor plan boasts a convenient and large couch and huge TV to enjoy, a well-appointed kitchen with all major appliances, and a dining area with a six-person dining table (there are two extra dining chairs right next to it).

The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a lovely view, balcony access, and a workstation. There are clever sleeping options in the second bedroom with two queen beds.

Great place, it was clean! We have a few issues but they came and fixed it asap! All in all I’d come here again. Great view! Place is decorated beautiful! Lots of places to walk to and eat! We have come to this area for years and this place was top notch! Maintenance outside was kept up on all the time. The gentleman that works there was very helpful! The only thing I would change is they do need beach chairs. 4 of us stayed and there were only really 1useable chair. Beach chairs are very important when you fly. I do hope they buy new chairs, the condo holds 6 so there really should be 6 beach chairs. Host is very kind to work with, and made sure our issues were taken care of!

Amazing beach condo

This condo is beautiful, spacious and provides everything you'll need for a perfect beach vacation. It was well stocked with most everything you need, and it was even more gorgeous in person than pictured. Also, it was very clean and we loved the screened-in balcony. The beach was private and views from the condo were spectacular.

Beautiful condo

This is our second time in this condo and it is like home away from home. We are looking forward to coming back when the pool is finished. Construction was pretty loud in the mornings but the view was well worth it.

Spring break stay

The condo is great and has many extra kitchen appliances. There were beach towels and beach chairs there which is a big plus! There was construction going on when we where they so parking was difficult at times. Overall great location with great views and nearby restaurants.

Great view!

The balcony provides a great view of the ocean/beach. The condo was clean and the amenities were perfect! We especially loved all the beach equipment that we could use during our short stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to come back!

Beautiful property that feels like it’s brand new!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlook it the beach is very large with comfortable seating for our whole family. Same experience inside, spacious living room, dining room and master bedroom. Great for spending time when we weren’t on the beach.

Beautiful location and view of beach and ocean is the main attraction.

Really enjoyed our stay. Backyard is the beach. Wife was happy the facility is very private where kids were safe going to the pool and public can't access that area. Really nice condo and check-in/check-out process was easy. Definitely would recommend it friends and family.

Lovely renovation. Excellent views of the gulf. One of the best equipped kitchens I have ever stayed at with VRBO. The screen porch balcony was just perfect, as was the weather. Nice job, Teeming Vacations!

Lovely condo, beautiful view

We loved the updated feel of this condo, especially the kitchen. Everything was clean and the porch was amazing! Beautiful views; great location. We appreciated the large TV in the main room—great for watching movies on a rainy day.

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in this condo. It was clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the sunset view over the Gulf of Mexico from the screened in porch. Would happily return if I'm ever back in the area.
