Feast your eyes on this cute and comfortable vacation spot. This fabulous location is a ground floor studio directly across from the beautiful Gulf Coast beach. This studio makes great use of space, boasting a king bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette featuring a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Outside, there is a lovely shared balcony where guests can watch the sunset and take in the salty sea breeze.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. With the 8th Avenue shopping area around the corner, Pass A Grill 3 is a vacationer's delight. St. Pete Beach is famous for its sugary white sands, clear gulf waters, warm sunshine, and hospitality. Downtown St. Pete is a short 15 minute drive and is sprinkled with a classic mix of restaurants, beach bars, and shopping, along with the famous Salvador Dali Museum, award winning Fort De Soto Park and the St. Petersburg Pier. For the sports fan, the always competitive and entertaining Tampa Bay Rays are a hop skip and a jump away.

We enjoyed this property. It was clean and cozy for our getaway. We loved that we could walk to various restaurants….Paradise Grill on the beach was one of our favorites! We loved the area and the beach was right across the street. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Location

The property did have storm damage but is in the process of recovering. The studio apartment was perfect for us. The apartment is right across from the beach and in the 2nd level offers the perfect spot to watch the sunset

This condo couldn’t be located in a more perfect spot. My boyfriend and I had everything we needed within walking distance to enjoy our staycation.

Perfect beach getaway

The studio unit was clean and comfortable and the building was well maintained for its age....had everything you needed to enjoy a beach visit. The beach in Pass-a-Grille is beautiful and after sunset is basically deserted / private. Taking a quiet evening stroll is recommended. Shops, food and a very cool museum are within walking distance. Already looking forward to a return visit.

SUNSET SPECTACULAR

Great overall stay. The room was clean and well maintained. It had enough amenities (refrigerator. micro-wave, closet space, comfy bed) to meet our needs. Bathroom area a little tight but manageable. Only negative was the construction out front to stabilize the second floor deck. It was quite noisy during the day. It was obvious this work had been going on for some time and we felt we should have been notified beforehand regarding this matter. However it did not impact our stay too much as we were rarely in the room during the day. We were still able to view many memorable sunsets from the above mentioned deck. This would have easily been a 5 star experience without the construction work.

The location could not have been more perfect. Other guests at complex were a delight. We have fallen in love with Pass A Grille. Wish the cost was lower so we could go more often!

It was a decent size room. I just wish they had communicated that I would be receiving a lot of emails that needed to be read super thoroughly in order to get a parking pass.

Cute getaway

Unit was very clean and well stocked. Beach accessories (chairs, noodles, Etc) were great for the beach across the street. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Mattress was very comfortable. Building itself is need of updating, but nothing the unit owner can do about that. Parking was tricky but both days we managed to find a parking nearby. Beach was beautiful and we walked to nearby restaurants.

We Love Pass-a-Grille

We love Pass-A-Grille and have visited numerous times over the last dozen years. We have stayed in this building many times and once before in this unit. The King-size bed is super comfy. We were a little disappointed that the windows appear to be sealed and screens removed, so you can't open for fresh air or to hear the ocean. We only had one bath towel provided, and the fan remote was MIA. We noted to owners a couple of times without remedy, but we made do (we brought extra towels anyway) and it was fine.

We loved how close the room was to the beach and within walking distance to plenty of great food! King bed for us is a must so it was nice having that amenity as well! Would stay again! Thanks!
