New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Enjoy abundant amenities at the oceanfront Sands Villa Resort, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a playground, and a courtyard with gas and charcoal grills. There's a fish cleaning station, an area to rinse off the boat, boat trailer parking, electric car charging stations, and elevators for easy access.

This fourth-floor side condo is full of the comforts of home. Leave the day's swimsuits and beach towels in the private washer/dryer while you cook homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Dine at the breakfast bar or the adjacent table, then kick back and relax while watching shows on the 65-inch smart TV in the living room. The primary bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom, while the guest room has access to the full bathroom in the hallway. A desk workstation is ideal for remote work or online school.

Great location, but would stay at a different condo unit next time

The place was perfect for walking to beach, having a pool, and close proximity to tons to do. Was nice to have a few DVDs and games for the kids. The furniture and items in home are a bit outdated and poorly laid out to not maximize the space, especially for the price to rent. A refresh to this condo unit would do wonders. Overall we had a good stay

It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable! The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need! The views from the balcony are beautiful! It is a great location - close to great restaurants and shopping! The beach is beautiful and the pools are great too! Everything one needs to have a relaxing, enjoyable vacation is there!

Great week at the beach

Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our king bed was very comfortable, actually all beds were. The 3rd room is small as noted with 2 twins but Im not sure why someone said it wasn't cool enough. The ac system works great amd had no issue keeping the whole place cool. Nice newer washer/dryer. Beds very comfy! Kitchen had all we needed to prepare food for the week. Basics for cleanup while you're there (broom vacuum). We loved the beach! There is a sandbar that isnt too far out that you can walk/swim out to. Area with 3 showers/hoses to rinse off sand. So fun. Outdoor pool is very nice. Parking is easy, used carts and elevator for big hauls. We would be happy to stay in this unit again.

Decent place to stay

I stayed here with my in-laws, my husband, and our 2 year old son. The location was great and we loved Atlantic Beach. The walk to the beach isn't super short even though this place is "on the beach", still about a 5-10 minute walk. The condo was nice enough for its purpose - sleep and shower and eat some meals. However cleanliness was an issue. When we arrived there was hair in the sheets and on pillows, and all over the bathrooms and tubs. The room with the twin beds is more like a closet and doesnt even have an AC vent in it, just has a big plug-in fan. If it were the middle of summer, I wouldn't have let my child sleep in there with no AC vent. None of the rooms have fans (except the dining room lol). Also there is zero water pressure and took 25+ minutes just to fill the tub barely for my sons baths. Ceilings are also super low - I could touch the ceiling in the bathroom and I'm only 5'1. Also heads up the smoke alarm goes off every time you cook something as soon as you turn on the stove burners.
