New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Admire beautiful ocean views from multiple furnished decks at Time Out of Mind. Conveniently located across the road from beach access, this new construction property offers many interior upgrades including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile, and an elevator! The open living room and kitchen area are great for family time. Spread out between four well-appointed bedrooms. Outside, relax on chaise lounge chairs beside the private built-in pool. An umbrella-shaded dining table offers an ideal space for alfresco meals. Pack lightly, your vacation rental includes a washer/dryer.

Great rental

We stayed on the property for a week and it was plenty roomy for our family of 5. We had to contact Vacasa for a few random issues and they were very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Property

We loved the location of this house and all the amenities. It surged our family of 8 perfectly. The elevator could be a little tricky but helped save the knees and backs of the adults. The house had super comfortable furniture and beds. The view was fantastic. We would definitely pick this house again if we ever go back.

The Perfect Beach House

An amazing getaway!

Time out of mind is a charming beachfront getaway. The home is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The local VACASA management team are very efficient and friendly. Our family vacation was spectacular with easy access to the beach with a gorgeous ocean view and gentle coastal breezes.

Great location and great home!

Our family had an amazing week at Holden Beach! The home is comfortable, inviting, and perfectly positioned for a family that enjoys beach time. The swimming pool was also a great amenity. The kitchen was very well stocked and the home was clean. This house was great we look forward to returning sometime in the future.

The home was very beautiful with awesome views of the ocean. Beds, furniture and layout were comfortable as well. Loved all the updated appliances. The elevator was a huge help and pool was awesome! The family had a great time and hope to stay here again soon.

The house was so modern and tastefully decorated. The location was very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was great and all the outdoor spaces were utilized. The location, beach access and all the outside decks were wonderful. Salt water heated pool was amazing. Elevator was extremely helpful since there are three levels. Beautifully decorated. All kitchen supplies, appliances were updated snd well stocked. All the beds were comfortable. Our family will definitely stay there again.

Family Time!!!

The house is perfect for a family vacation! Plenty of room for our family of eight. Our grandchildren loved the easy access to the ocean and pool! The adults loved all the safety gates since our littles are 6 and under. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook with which we did a lot. We did not want to leave once we got there. I was concerned about noise from the public access, but it was not an issue. We will definitely be back!!! Lovely home, view, and pool.

Pro: Proximity of the house to the ocean was GREAT! Con: NO GRILL!! When we called to inquire where the grill was Vacasa informed us that located in our rental agreement we were notified there was to be no grilling on the property (who goes to the beach & doesn’t grill)!
