This Brand new Beautiful Guest house was completed in August 2024 and is located in the back corner of a 1/2 acre lot with all the amenities for a short stay or longer stay. From private access to the house and use of the shared pool and patio this house has it all! Full Kitchen, Dining Area, Living room, Washer and Dryer. Stunning Master Bedroom, Master Bath with Dual Vanity, Jacuzzi and walk in shower and spacious master closet. This Gem includes all the amenities for a Luxurious Stay!

The property is located in a well maintained neighborhood consisting of a Main house , Large pool and patio in the backyard with the beautiful Guest house located in the back of the property. We have a private suite attached to the main house. FL. License#DWE6217886. Certificate# STR-00018 Pinellas County. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive the neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Born and raised in Florida with Midwestern roots. Growing up in Florida was a great childhood outdoors all year enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. All of my relatives are originally from Michigan and me and my brother spent many summers exploring Michigan with all of my relatives and then of course they would visit Florida frequently during the colder Midwest months.I still enjoy spending most of my time outdoors. Working in the yard or any other projects that I can do. The past 4 years has been a pleasure opening up my property and providing accommodations to so many wonderful guests. Me and my wife have met and communicated with several guests over the years and have gathered many great memories.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We chose this neighborhood because of the centralized location. Convenient to Gulf Beaches, Restaurants, Shops, Sporting Events,Airports and many sites to visit while in the area. The neighborhood is lined with large properties, well maintained. Our property is nestled on a 1/2 acre lot with nice distance between our neighbors. It creates great privacy and large areas to really enjoy.
