Relax in true seaside style at Latitude Adjustment — a stunning beachfront retreat on St. George Island with direct private boardwalk access to the beach, your own private pool (17 × 30) with sundeck and optional heating, and a hot tub for all-season enjoyment. With room for up to 16 guests, it’s perfect for families, friends, or multi-generation getaways.
Discover this brilliant 5-bedroom gem on St. George Island. This amazing house features 4 king beds, 2 full beds, and 2 queen beds, perfect for a large group of guests. With 4 bathrooms equipped with showers and a jetted bathtub in the master suite, your comfort is guaranteed. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax in style with amenities like heating, AC, renovated kitchen, all new appliances, freshly painted, and refreshed furnishings. Pool Heat
Pool heat is available at Latitude Adjustment for an additional fee of $400 per week. Please note that pool heaters may not fully heat the pool when outdoor temperatures are 60°F or below, or during extended cloudy or heavy rain conditions. Refunds will not be issued for reduced heating performance due to weather.
The pool heater is automatically monitored for gas usage. If the heater is activated without being requested prior to arrival, a $400 weekly charge will be applied.
Pets
Latitude Adjustment welcomes up to two small dogs with prior approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet. Any additional pets or exceptions must be requested and approved in writing in advance.
All pets must be leashed while outdoors, kept off furniture, and treated for fleas prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused to furniture, flooring, or the property.
