Sleeping Arrangements

Zen Garden offers four bedrooms across two levels, giving your group flexibility whether you are traveling with couples, kids, or extended family.

• Primary Bedroom (upstairs): king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace, and private balcony access

• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom

• Bedroom 3 (ground floor): one queen bed with pool area access

• Bedroom 4 (ground floor): two bunk beds, each with a full bed below and a twin above, with pool area access



Bathrooms

The home offers 3.5 bathrooms for easy mornings and post-pool rinse-offs. The two upstairs bedrooms each enjoy a private en-suite, the ground-floor bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a convenient half bathroom serves the main living area. Standard bath essentials and fresh towels are provided.



Living Areas

The heart of the home is the open living, dining, and kitchen space, with comfortable seating, a TV, and natural light throughout. It is an easy place to gather for meals, movie nights, and lazy afternoons between pool dips and beach trips.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a crowd simple, with island seating, ample counter space, and full-size appliances. You will find everything you need including cookware, dishes, a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The dining area and breakfast bar give everyone a place to gather.



Outdoor Space & Pool

The private fenced pool is the centerpiece of the backyard, surrounded by a garden patio with shaded seating and outdoor dining. Spend sunny days poolside, fire up the grill for dinner, and relax in your own private island oasis. Self check-in is available with a door code, making arrival simple and flexible. Free parking is available in the driveway. Please note this is a two-story home with interior stairs, with two bedrooms upstairs and two on the ground floor.

Zen Garden is located on the bay side of South Padre Island, a relaxed island community known for its beaches, fishing, water sports, and family-friendly attractions. The home sits in a quiet residential area, just a short drive from the beach, the Laguna Madre bay, and the island's restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It is an easy base for everything from sunrise beach walks to sunset dinners on the water.



Getting Around:

South Padre Island is easy to explore, and a vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay. Free parking is available in the driveway. The beach is about a 5 minute drive away, and most island dining, shopping, and attractions are within a short drive. The home is roughly 40 minutes from Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO) and about an hour from Valley International Airport (HRL) in Harlingen.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• This is a two-story home with interior stairs, with two bedrooms upstairs and two on the ground floor.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
