Welcome to 114 E. Mars! This picturesque, two-story beach house was remodeled in 2022 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful interior decor and has an amazing backyard area with a private pool and hot tub! This home is also located less than 1/2 a block from South Padre Island's beautiful beach!
The front door opens to the ground level of the home. The 1st floor features all new flooring, two of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & the laundry room with a washer & dryer. The first bedroom is equipped with two sets of full over full bunk beds with twin trundles. This room also entails a twin day bed with twin trundle bed, perfect for accommodating two more children or teenagers. The room has a flat-screen TV and can sleep 10-12 children or teenagers comfortably. The second ground floor room entails two queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. This room has access to the pool area in the backyard.
The second level of this spacious beach house features the kitchen, dining and spacious living area, as well as the third guest room and Master suite. The living room is beautifully decorated with two large couches and sitting chairs that provide plenty of seating space for guests to enjoy conversations with family and friends while watching the large flat screen tv.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom.
Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom! Featuring a comfortable king-+size bed, large flat-screen TV, spacious newly remodeled master bathroom with walk in tile shower and soaking tub! This room offers guests a private balcony which is perfect for morning coffee, or reading a book under the sun. You will indulge in the much need relaxation you've been looking for!
Accommodating up to 18 guests, 114 E. Mars features a massive private pool and hot tub in the backyard! Enjoy laps around the sparkling pool, soaking in the hot tub, or an afternoon of grilling and laying out poolside with family & friends! Guests have ample parking for four vehicles in the driveway.
When you're ready to put your toes in the sand and gaze at the ocean for miles and miles, South Padre Island's beautiful beach is just a 1/2 block from your door!

Every stay at 114. E Mars includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
