A cozy kids’ nook under the stairs invites story time or quiet play, while the third-floor game area with a card table and flying disc game sets the stage for late-night laughs and friendly competition. Step outside to find a climbing wall, three sets of pickleball equipment, and plenty of space to unwind under the clear desert skies. With multiple king suites and two spacious bunk rooms, everyone can enjoy privacy and comfort after a day of fun. Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the southwest side of the lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and more! Recreation equipment, golf carts, and cabanas can be rented on-site. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
