We love Gentle Winds so much, we bought this unit and remodeled it to share with others. There is nothing quite like Gentle Winds Resort for families and friends, old and young. Enjoy the pool, beach, grounds and common areas. A short distance to many great restaurants, golf courses, town, and more!

Great Place in St. Croix!

Condo was updated, clean and well appointed. Great view and easy access to the beach & pool. We loved the beach shack too. This condo is wonderful!

This condo community is very well maintained with a beautiful, large pool and nice beachfront area. The hosts provided plenty of wonderful recommendations about the area and always responded to questions promptly. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well furnished with all the necessities needed when you are away from home. I can certainly see our family returning to this property.

Exceeds Expectations!

This was our first visit to St. Croix and we were not disappointed. The condo is exactly how it was pictured. The location was perfect in relation to things to do on the island. The kitchen was well stocked to get us started upon arrival. I suggest waiting to go to the grocery store until after you see what you will need. The beach shack is convenient and very good. We can't wait to go back and will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Place!

My husband and I love St Croix, and Gentle Winds was the perfect place for our family. It was quiet, clean and in a great location. The owner and host are both very attentive and were concerned about our well-being the entire trip. We didn’t have any issues, so we never had a reason to contact them, but I know for a fact they were a call or text away had we needed anything at all. We are so glad we chose this unit at Gentle Winds. It’s very nice, updated and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay in one of the O’Neill’s units in the future!

Exceeded our expectations!

This was our first visit to St. Croix, and we were a bit uncertain as to where to stay. But this condo turned out to be in an ideal location-- almost equidistant to Christiansted and Frederiksted, and only 12 minutes to Cane Bay. The private community of Gentle Winds felt completely safe, well cared for, and quiet. The small beach is beautiful, has a bit of a steep entry into the water, and small shells and treasures from the sea. We often saw sea turtles and even an eagle ray. The Fish tacos and drinks from the Beach Shack were great, which is so convenient right next to the pool. The unit itself exceeded our expectations! Both bathrooms had newer updates and solid surface counters/sinks, the new decor was charming, we loved the screened-in porch for sitting in the mornings, and the seating in the living room was great for eating and relaxing, not to mention the breathtaking view! The kitchen was well-equipped for reheating leftovers or cooking meals, making smoothies, etc. And all kinds of small amenities were not overlooked: bluetooth speaker, toaster oven, reusable grocery bags, beach towels, reef-safe sunscreen, bug spray, aloe vera, a cooler, and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers on the table to greet us! Check-in was smooth and simple, and meeting the housekeeper/manager, Hyacinth, was a pleasure! Lastly, Patrick answered every question and provided a lengthy list of info and recommendations: a great host! We felt so welcomed and hope to visit again soon!
