Discover Coastal Palms, a new 4BR, 3.5BA home perfectly positioned between the calm waters of Choctawhatchee Bay and the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. With two king suites, modern coastal design, and a private backyard shaded by date palms, this retreat blends comfort with convenience. Enjoy effortless access to the beach, bay, shopping, golf, and dining—your Emerald Coast escape awaits.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to Coastal Palms, a newly built single-family retreat on the Emerald Coast where relaxation meets modern coastal design. Perfectly situated just half a mile from Miramar Beach and steps from Choctawhatchee Bay, this home offers the best of both worlds—easy beach access and peaceful bay-side living.
Spread across two levels, the home provides four spacious bedrooms, including two primary king suites—one on each floor—each featuring a spa-inspired ensuite bath with a walk-in, waterfall shower. Upstairs, you’ll also find two more bedrooms, offering plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations for all your guests.
This 4-bedroom, 3½-bathroom vacation rental features:
First-floor primary suite: King bed with ensuite bathroom; shower-only and double vanity
Second-floor primary suite: King bed with ensuite bathroom
3rd Bedroom (2nd floor): King Bed
4th Bedroom (2nd floor): Queen-over-Queen Bunk Beds
This home includes 3½ bathrooms: an ensuite in the first-floor suite, an ensuite in the second-floor suite, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom upstairs, and a half bathroom on the first floor.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Designed for effortless comfort, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a washer and dryer, and smart TVs with Wi-Fi (Cox service post-installation). Step outside to a beautifully landscaped backyard framed by date palms and enjoy the outdoor grill—perfect for family gatherings or relaxed evenings under the stars. Complimentary parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking nearby.
The open-concept main level features a chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, a waterfall-edge island, recessed lighting, and wide-plank hardwood floors that flow into the living area. Out back, a fenced yard with a patio and porch framed by palms offers added privacy and the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Parking:
Driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. While there is no garage or carport, additional street parking can be found nearby. Please observe all posted parking signs and community regulations during your stay.

Bayshore Pines is a charming, low-density neighborhood in the heart of Miramar Beach, tucked between Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. From the entrance on Darrow Drive you can see the bay, and a small lake sits at the end of Bayshore Pines Court, adding to the water views in the area. The neighborhood offers paved roads, corner-lot homes, and a peaceful residential setting with easy access to both the beach and the bay.
Guests can reach the sand and surf in about half a mile at Geronimo Street Beach Access, or launch a day on the water from Legion Park Public Boat Launch on Choctawhatchee Bay, which also offers a playground and public facilities less than a mile away. Nearby, Evie Mae’s is a local barbecue spot with a back patio overlooking the lake, and a scenic bike route along Seascape Drive connects you toward the shoreline.
Bayshore Pines also places you close to some of the Emerald Coast’s key destinations, including Destin Commons, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Baytowne Wharf, HarborWalk Village, and Crab Island. Golfers have multiple courses within a short drive, and music lovers can walk to the Seascape concert venue across Highway 98 for live events throughout the year.

Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins prior to departure. The bins are located behind the fenced area to the left of the driveway.
For the security of our guests and the safety of the property, there are external security cameras located at this vacation rental. A Ring Doorbell is installed at the front door, along with two Ring Floodlight cameras—one at the front of the home and one at the back.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Pets, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
