Stay directly on the sand in this 5th-floor beachfront studio at Top of the Gulf, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the resort pool. Located on the quieter Thomas Drive side of Panama City Beach, the condo is steps from the beach while still minutes from restaurants, attractions, and nightlife.

Wake up to Gulf views, spend the day on the beach just outside the resort, and relax in the evening by the cozy fireplace. This comfortable studio is perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking for an easy beachfront getaway.

A new Tootsies Orchid Lounge location is expected to open next door in 2026, bringing live music and entertainment within walking distance.

THE SPACE

This beachfront studio accommodates up to 4 guests total, including children and infants, as required by resort fire code.

Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds with memory-foam mattresses, making the space comfortable for couples or families.

Inside the condo you will find a smart TV, electric fireplace, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and blender for preparing simple meals.

The unit also includes a full bathroom with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, digital keypad entry, and linens and bath towels for indoor use. Guests should bring their own beach towels.

Please note the unit does not have a private balcony, but there are shared balconies and viewing areas throughout the building.

LOCATION

Top of the Gulf is located on the Thomas Drive side of Panama City Beach, which is known for being quieter than the main strip while still close to everything.

Nearby attractions include:
St. Andrews State Park (less than 4 miles away)
Shell Island boat tours and excursions
Restaurants, beach bars, and shops nearby
Entertainment and nightlife within a short drive or walk

Many activities and dining options are within walking distance, so a car is not always necessary.

PARKING AND REGISTRATION

Parking is available for one vehicle per reservation.

The resort requires a $30 registration fee paid directly to the HOA office. This fee covers parking and wristbands for the entire stay.

If the HOA office is closed when you arrive, you may complete registration the following morning.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
No pets allowed anywhere on the resort property
No smoking inside the condo
No parties or events permitted
Guests must wear resort wristbands while on the property
Violation of resort rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

STARTER SUPPLIES

A starter kit is provided with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap.
Guests staying longer should plan to purchase additional supplies locally.

Beach towels are not provided.

WILDLIFE NOTICE
Florida’s coastal climate supports wildlife such as geckos, lizards, mosquitoes, and other insects. Occasionally insects may enter if doors are left open, which is normal in beach environments.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in may be available depending on cleaning schedules for a $50 fee. Please message the host in advance to inquire. Late check-out is not available.
