The Baskins Creek Condominiums are located mere steps from the center of downtown Gatlinburg, three blocks south of the Parkway. You'll find a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right out front, as well as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center within an easy walk. The vast expanse of Great Smoky Mountains National Park - including the famous Rainbow Falls, Grotto Falls, and Cades Cove - begins one mile south. And Pigeon Forge - the home of Dollywood, WonderWorks, and The Island in Pigeon Forge - awaits eight miles north.
