This cozy, family-friendly home is ideal for travelers looking for comfort, space, and a convenient location close to everything. Located right on historic Bountiful Main Street, the home is just 10–15 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, downtown Salt Lake City, and Ogden.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with 5 separate beds, making it a great option for families, groups, or those stopping through after a long travel day. Guests have access to the top two floors of the home, including a spacious living room with a 75” smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, two bedrooms, and a loft space with additional sleeping areas and a second smart TV.

You’ll find easy off-street parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a layout designed for simple arrivals and restful stays. Restaurants, shops, groceries, and public transportation are all nearby, and the home is within an hour of several world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, and family attractions.

Please note: there is a separate basement apartment with long-term tenants. The basement has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the upstairs. The only shared area is the laundry room.

Whether you’re visiting family, traveling with kids, or passing through the area, this home offers a comfortable and welcoming place to settle in and recharge.

Bryan communicates well and gave clear directions to the home. We were able to check in and get settled with no problems. He had left snacks that we appreciated. We were a little concerned about noise but neither the folks on the lower floor nor the street were loud enough to disturb us. We literally only heard a fan from downstairs.Home is exactly as shown in the pictures. The bathroom and kitchen were especially cute.

We stayed 10 nights starting mid June and it was a good experience overall. The home has a/c, which is necessary as it was consistently in the upper 80s / mid 90s. Sadly, the master bedroom doesn't get cooled off like the rest of the house. It was very hot and stuffy overnight; there is a fan in the closet that can be used as well as a ceiling fan but it doesn't help much once the bedroom door is closed. We did try opening the windows while sleeping but with the fires in UT currently the smoke /smell made that not a good option. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our clothes. Our host was very responsive and helpful, there's a binder with the house rules and suggestions for places to eat and things to do, everything needed was easy to find, the neighborhood is clean and quiet, and the downstairs neighbors are friendly and very quiet too. Our 9yo loved the swing in the front yard and it was nice sitting on the porch in the cool mornings & evening time. We'd stay here again.

The home looked run down and not what we expected or was advertised. There was a family that lived in the basement that we were unaware of and the host did not contact us with information to get into the property and was unavailable when we tried to contact them. Overall we were not impressed at all with the experience and would not work with them in the future.

Located on historic Main Street, our home is in the heart of Bountiful—a safe, friendly community just minutes from Salt Lake City. You can walk to El Matador, Vito’s, Smokin’ Bones BBQ, Royal India, ice cream shops, bookstores, and small local boutiques.

Parks nearby include Five Points Park (2-minute walk) and Bountiful Town Square with a splash pad in summer and an ice ribbon in winter. Station Park, one of Utah’s best outdoor shopping centers, is 10 minutes away.

For outdoor lovers, you’re close to Mueller Park, Adams Canyon, and the Bountiful “B” trail, as well as 7 world-class ski resorts within an hour.
