Quiet and convenient, good pool and quick access to the beach. Close to coffee shops, grocery store, and numerous dining options. Easy drive to everything Kihei has to offer. One of our favorite places to stay on Maui.

Great stay!

Waiohule Beach Hale is a great complex that we have stayed at before and hope to return to many times in the future. The location is perfect and the beach has the most amazing sunsets.

Perfect stay

Wonderful stay in Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was superb as it was close to the beach and pool. The grounds are very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to cook meals and live as if we were at home. The beach chairs and towels were a plus. We will definitely book again!

First Vacation Ever

Our condo was wonderfully located right beside the beach with a pool right out our sliding glass door. It was stocked with plenty of beach towels and chairs that we were able to use on our excursions. Our overall stay was extremely enjoyable. If we ever make it back to Maui we will definitely be staying there again!

Wonderful vaction

We love the location and I swam 22 of our 28 days! Our children live in Kihei and could come and enjoy dinner I prepared in a well equipped kitchen! We enjoyed the trip to Hana and were picked up by the van at our location! Perfect!

Magical Getaway

Fantastic location and property in Maui. Lovely swimming pool and the ocean at right at your feet. Beautiful grounds - flowers, palm trees. Stunning sunsets from the patio! Truly appreciated the beach equipment, cooler, water filter and ice maker in the fridge! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends! Thanks, Rosanna and Aldo

Condo needs some significant TLC. Needs "real" cleaning, painting, and condition of some furnishings is terrible. Homeless people outside property is disturbing.Location is quite good but never found any property manager onsite if we had wanted to ask ask any questions.Benn going to Maui for over 25 years. This was a so so stay.

Decent place to stay

The condo is a bit older and with the exception of the clogged shower drain and toilet and the Cherrios and Kleenex under the hide away sofa, we had a good stay. Maui rental was able to get the plumber out the same day to fix the clog however I did have to call the rental agency again to have someone come and clean up the mess after the clog was fixed (dirty floors, wet towels, etc). We did enjoy that that the beach was just a walk from our Lani and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Stores and restaurants were close by as well.

Only two things am sure that’s beyond our host control but would suggest that if folks are coming to spray the place it should be scheduled when there’s no visitors and when you arrive at nights it’s very scary coming in the complex maybe trim the trees at the front of the house but other than that the place was great.

Beautiful location

We loved this property! The location is ideal with direct 1-2 min walk to a gorgeous beach. Warm and clean pool, quiet, clean grills, lush green grass and beautiful landscape?? The only downsides were that the AC was only a portable unit in bedroom that is on a timer that shuts off after only 2-3 hrs so always waking up in night sweats. The shower did not drain and water backed up on the bathroom floor. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

Great place and location!

Great location and nicely stocked kitchen. Apprecoated the cooler,, beach chairs and boogie boards. My kids favorite part of the trip was playing in the water with them. My only complaint is that we did not realize the condo did not have central air throughout. It got a little warm in there and the ceiling fans barely moved. Also, we had to reconnect the bedroom room air conditioner as it had come apart.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale, and first time in this unit! We LOVE the location. It's so nice being able to walk right onto the beach to watch the sunrise, sunset, turtles and whales. The condo was well equipped and is a very comfortable homebase with great porch furniture. The unit could benefit from a good deep clean, especially the bathroom and bedroom, and the bed is very soft. We'll definitely keep coming back to this complex/unit!

We love the location as it’s out of the busy part of Kihei, right on the beach and has a great pool. The manager, Henry ,does a fantastic job keeping the shared areas in great shape. Rentals Maui are great to work with and are quick to resolve any issues you have. This unit is well equipped with almost everything you will need during your stay. However, when doing long stays it would be great to have some basic cleaning supplies and extra set of sheets provided. We always love our month in Maui.

Reviewer Comments: Good condo with perfect location and equipped with everything you need for the beach rest such as chairs, boogieboards, umbrella, guides, maps... We had only two things disliked during our stay there. First one - it wasn't cristal clean at the time we came (we found dead bugs and dirt around coach when unfolded it for sleeping, and a lot of dirt diches in cabinets, so I partly recleaned condo at the first day). Second - upstairs neighbor is a senior man, and he asked us tern off sound of our kids' lessong (during day time), kicked the kids out of the pool if didn't like something they did; I asked him to speak with me instead of my children directly, and he said he is a board man and wouldn't allow our family go to the pool at all. That was sooo stressed...)But we loved this condo and renewed our stay as long as it was availible. Furniture is good, bathroom looks like new and really clean, pool, grill and all area outside the building is clean and beautiful.If you you are quite enough, it will be perfect place to stay!
