Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with lovely views. There is nothing you need when you arrive. We do need to see a beach tent or cabana. Some people love to be on the beach with their family but do t want to be scorched by the sun all day. The umbrellas didn’t cut it. Also knew a decent beverage cooler , not a styrofoam box without a lid.

Excellent place & excellent location!!

This was by far our favorite location! This condo is in a short walking distance to the beach. Literally right out the door and around the corner. Made everything about our vacation so easy and convenient! Pool was also nice for those that wanted pool time instead of beach time. Beach towels, a small cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys were provided. A nice touch. We have already decided we will definitely be back again!

We love grilling and catching the amazing sunsets. My niece and nephew grew up coming here for vacations and this year we celebrated my nephew’s engagement! That’s many wonderful times at Long Boat Key and Sand Cay.

65 Birthday Bash!

Our condo was beautiful with a beautiful view. Easy access to the beach and the umbrellas and beach chairs came in handy. The condo was spacious and had all we needed except it would have been nice to have a few more trash bags and rolls of toilet paper. The stay was to short and we will stay longer next visit. The kids loved the books and the beach toys . It was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s life that I lost 3 months ago and my sister’s birthday!

They need to have smart phone charging stations around the condo. I had to pull the king size bed away from the wall every night to charge my electronics and the same in the Living Room pulling out the couch...not world problems, but would be nice and its an easy fix.

Even the kitchen had wonderful utensils etc. We did have to go to the front desk & ask for a coffee maker. The unit had a small Kerig which we didn’t care for but the office was so accommodating & had an extra coffee maker for us. 216 is the best unit we’ve ever had & we’ve gone to Sand Cay several years. Loved it.
