Our home is located in a quiet residential waterfront community. You'll love our place for its cleanliness, privacy, and proximity to the water. From the front yard, you have a distant view of the Chesapeake Bay and the nice breeze. Half a block away, you'll have access to the two community piers, playground, volleyball court, baseball field, and kayak loading dock. We have three kayaks (one double, 2 single), two adult life vests, and 2 kids life vests, which you can use. A kayak cart is available for easy transport to loading area, which is a block away. You can kayak on the bay or down a river. You'll love the wildlife of the bay. We often see blue herons, ospreys, bull nosed rays, and horseshoe crabs. You can also fish off the piers with proper affordable license available online. We love the area for its incredible food scenes, vintage loop, easy access to Annapolis and Washington, DC.
