Puttin' Perfect comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The Primary Suite features a King-sized bed and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and oversized shower. The bedroom also offers a large walk-in closet and direct access to the patio. The two spacious guest bedrooms each feature a comfortable Queen-sized bed and generous closet space. One of these rooms offers the added benefit of direct access to the patio. The two bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which also has a large shower.
As our guest, you gain access to the incredible offerings of the Desert Princess Country Club. The resort features an amazing selection of 34 sparkling community pools and hot tubs located throughout the grounds, including one just a minute's walk from the condo, which are free for all guests to use. For those who wish to utilize the broader club facilities, including the 27-hole championship golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and the full clubhouse amenities (such as the fitness center), guest fees will apply and must be paid directly to the Country Club upon use. This access allows you to enjoy an active vacation with world-class amenities right at your doorstep. Convenient parking is also provided for your vehicles.
The condo is perfectly situated in Cathedral City, offering the quintessential Palm Springs area experience. You are just a short 10-minute drive from the vibrant downtown Palm Springs area, which offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping, and lively nightlife. The surrounding area also provides easy access to fantastic desert hiking trails and is a quick, convenient trip from the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).
PER CITY RULES: No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee, which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $1000 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract, which you must sign after you book, and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
