Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. You will be greeted upon arrival by one of our hosts.

Nearby amenities include neighborhood supermarkets, dry cleaners, barber shops, nail and hair salons, a pharmacy, plus a wide assortment of restaurants in addition to our own. The Palm Springs International Airport is a short 10-minute ride away from our front gates.

Other Things to Note:
The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.

Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee. Pet fee of $100 per pet with a maximum of 2. They must be under 35 pounds.

Guests access the community through a secured and video monitored gate using a supplied remote.
