Had a great stay for a long weekend. House was very clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the hot tub to relax after days of wine tasting. As for the wine tasting the house is in a great location with plenty of wineries with in 20 minutes and 1 directly across the street. Highly recommend.

Very clean home that is well situated for many activities in the area. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped overall. The hot tub was very nice to relax in after a day of hiking. The only quibble we noticed was the water softener left a salty taste in the water so I recommend buying bottled water for coffee or drinking. Patrick was easy to communicate with and was responsive to any inquiries

The house was perfect for our stay. Super clean and great location with relation to the wineries. We did not choose this house because we were bringing a pet with us, but there was no indication that any animals had ever been in the house. We loved sitting in the hot tub at night watching the fire burning in the fire pit! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location & property, we enjoyed the hot tub & firepit. The house is older with popcorn ceilings, which held dust. Kitchen floor is old & looks dirty although the property overall was clean. Price was fairly reasonable. Liked that we could watch the sunrise from the back deck.

We appreciate feedback from our guests. In this case we're a bit puzzled by their comment, as the west side of Seneca Lake [Rte 14] is considered Main Street FLX Wine Trail and is the oldest and most established area of the Trail Rte 14 is considered the heart of Wine Country and is also part of the NYS Bike Trail. Our cottage is conveniently llocated in the center of the Wine Trail and in closev proximity to all the nearby towns, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and cideries.

The home was situated in a prime location, central to many wineries and restaurants. Though my daughter and i stayed here during the off season, there was a highly rated winery open directly across the street and several others down the road. So 5 stars on locale. The home itself was off a main road. However, it sits on a huge property with no other home directly

Very clean; it had everything you could want or need.

The cottage was perfect for a girls weekend away. The location was perfect (we took advantage of walking over to Hermann Wiemer) and the hot tub was great!

country living

Great location and and very private. Nice hot tube and yard. Everything was very nice. Only improvements that I would recommend would be more water pressure for the showers,but we did enjoyed our stay there.

Second stay

My family and dog stayed here for a second time and enjoyed it. The hot tub is always a hit, and the location is both private and convenient. More spacious than you’d think from the pictures. Only minor complaints are the somewhat uncomfortable futons and small showers.

Relaxing Stay Near Lake

Great location right across from Wiemer. Clean house on large plot of land. Water pressure in sinks can be a little lacking if someone else is using the water at the same time but fine otherwise. Got a chance to use the hot tub at night which was a lot of fun!

The property was perfect for what we needed, it was me, my husband and my mother, along with our two dogs. They loved the yard and we loved the hot tub! The house was also set far enough off the road to be very quiet and safe, and the driveway that went to the other house down the road was rarely used. The location was also perfectly sent in the heart of wine country and Lake Seneca. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed the fire pit & the hot tub. It was centrally located on the left side of the lake, clean, & met all of our needs. The property is large & peaceful & there are no neighbors so we didn't have to worry about playing music or being loud. Only minuses were that the shower water is very soft & left everyone with a feeling of oily skin. also house sleeps 6 but only 4 dining room chairs.

Everything was exactly as described in the website and the house was spotless wjen we arrived.

The property was exactly as it was shown on the site. The house was spotless. The owners responded to our texts quickly and were helpful in suggesting local restaurants. The jouse was located nearby many wineries which was convenient. This is a property that I would defi itely recommend.

Deck the halls

We stayed at this property for the November deck the halls event on the wine trail. My wife and our friends had a fantastic time here! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a big dinner together after visiting so many wineries and breweries throughout the day. We highly recommend this cottage and we will absolutely be coming to stay here again in the future! P.S. Everything was so clean and neat when we arrived as well!

Perfect location in the scenic fingerlakes

The house was even cuter in person than on the listings, we were so completely charmed. The host had everything set up beautifully. The location is perfect and near several amazing wineries within 15 minutes of driving including one of the best on the lakes right across the street. We discovered the most adorable antique shop just down the road, and it was within driving distance of several towns with excellent food options. We enjoyed the hot tub and taking walks down to the lake view at the end of the road. We had a lovely charming weekend
