The Neighborhood:

The Moon Valley neighborhood is truly one of a kind. It is a beautiful and green neighborhood just north of Central Phoenix and west of North Scottsdale/Paradise Valley. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.



Getting Around:

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!



Other Things to Note:

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.



House Rules and Notes:

- No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

- No smoking

- Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)

- Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)

- Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)

- Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)



Due To A New City Ordinance:

- All reservations will go through a verification process

- Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking

- IDs will be requested for verification after booking

- We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
