Tile flooring at entry thru kitchen and living room. Kitchen has newer cabinets with Corian countertops. The dining room table sets 6 with access to the patio with BBQ and gorgeous of view of the fairway and mountains. The living room has fireplace and wet bar with spacious sectional to enjoy the large flat screen TV with company. The primary bed with king bed has private gated courtyard with morning sun to enjoy your cup of coffee. The laundry machines are located in the double car garage with easy access off the private primary courtyard. Patio faces west to enjoy entertaining with friends and beautiful desert sunsets. CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner.
