We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It’s a perfect location to enjoy nature and some magnificent hiking trails. The host were amazing and provided us with recommendations on things to do in the area. Highly recommended and will definitely be back. We had a lovely time.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing property!

We had a great stay in this property. It was a perfect location for our ski trip - clean, peaceful & relaxing- accommodated 5 people easily. Fully furnished with everything what we needed. Great hosts - quick and friendly communication. We’d definitely stay here again!

I spent Christmas with the family and we loved it. The cabin is very cozy amd clean and you would feel like home. The owners are excellent people and very friendly. They would make you feel like you've known them for years. I would recommend it 100%, no doubt. We are planning our next visit.

Perfect family spot for Ski Beech

Very nice, clean property only 7 minutes from Beech Mountain Resort! Our family enjoyed our first ski trip together here. Very cozy, comfortable place with lots of deer. The main photo is misleading, however, as this is only a downstairs unit (owners live upstairs).

Lovely 2 bed room accommodation. Exactly as advertised. The owners live upstairs and did an amazing job salting the drive and removing snow.

Great for small groups

The owners send lots of detailed information, make sure you read ALL of the fine print. The home is clean and in good working order. If you are going to be at Beech Mountain then this is a great location, anywhere else is 20-30 minute drive.

Holiday Vacation

The best place by far that we have stayed. Highly recommend this place if visiting Beech Mountain, don’t look anywhere else. The owners, Fatima & Israel have been amazing hosts. They provide all important information to help you plan your trip and be prepared to have a great time. Thank you both for making our vacation unforgettable even during this difficult year. The property is minutes away from the ski resort, which is great specially on snowy days. Perfect location nearby restaurants and other fun activities. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Can’t wait to visit again.

A Peaceful Retreat

Want to see nature? You got it here! Excellent owners on the property are concerned with your comfort. Apartment is FULLY stocked with utensils and linens. This is on a gravel road, so don’t expect your car to stay clean (unless it rains a lot to keep the dust down in the summer).

Thank you for your review it is appreciated. I had to travel for 35 years, and I know very well what it is leaving away from home so, we try to put ourselves in the guest shoes and offers all required necessities and are concern about your comfort as you mentioned. As far as the gravel road yes it gets dusty when we have not had rain for few days, but as you know from your experience of having a home at Beech Mtn outside the 3 main roads almost every road is a gravel road. In the winter it offer the benefit of better tire gripe in the snow or icy road. Thank you for staying with us.

Wonderful Weekend

This cabin was the best we have stayed in! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this cabin. We hope to return next year!

Very peaceful and a great get-a-way.

Property was very clean. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was there. The owner had apparently given great attention to detail. Also, the frequent visit by the multitude of deer was an added plus.

Perfect Place, Great Hosts!

I can’t rave enough about this place, it’s owners, and our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4 (adults and teens) to have space and all the amenities we needed for some great family time and snow skiing. The Peaceful Escape is exactly that, a place to relax and refresh after enjoying a fun day or days on the slopes. The apartment was stocked with everything we could need and more, even with starter supplies of detergent, basic spices, bottled water, sanitizing supplies, and so much more. The hosts were extremely helpful with giving detailed information for getting there and checking in. They went over and above with great recommendations and directions to restaurants and shopping. The place was pristinely clean, beds very comfortable, and towels very plentiful and plush. We would love to stay here again!

Family Ski Weekend

Beautiful property!! Owners are wonderful!! Cabin has everything you need and very peaceful location. They are not kidding that you need 4WD or snow chains in the winter if it snows! So come prepared!!

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The place was clean with great attention to detail, manuals on all of the small appliances, directions everywhere. The kitchen had good pans, utensils and small appliances. The beds were comfortable. Great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and myself stayed at this property for the month of October. We loved everything about our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances to cook just about any meal you would like. The location of the house was nice. If you enjoy hiking there are an abundance of trails to pick from. They are all well-groomed and beautiful to hike. The nearby towns are fun to check-out as well as the wineries. The hosts were great to work with. They went above and beyond in all ways possible. They were extremely helpful with suggestions of what to do or where to eat in the area. This by far has been one of our favorite rentals. Both the hosts and the area were amazing. You need to experience this place for yourself.

Working/Vacation

This was the best working/vacation ever! We are working from home now and we thought we would do a month out of state. We picked this house and we are sure glad we did! The owners were superb! They were very friendly and always kept in contact with you in hospitality and if there were any problems to let them know. There was everything that you needed to have. They even bought a bigger table for my husband to work on. You get the whole lower half of house with your own porch and grill. The inside was super clean and sanitized. We saw a lot of deer when we went for walks and by the house. So peaceful and quite! We had a great time and the owners gave us some ideas of what and where to go while we were there. They also had several brochures and pamplets of places to go. We hated to leave and will definitely go back. Thank you again for your hospitality and welcoming feeling!
