Located approximately 120 yards from a beach access, Sea View Cottage is a spacious coastal retreat with a reverse floorplan offering keyless entry and plenty of room for large families or groups. With six bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and two half baths, this home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The first floor features four beautifully furnished bedrooms: three rooms each offer a king bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed—perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. On the second floor, you’ll find another inviting bedroom equipped with two double beds. For a unique getaway space, the home also boasts a charming cupola, outfitted with a bunk bed with two singles and a pyramid bunk featuring a double on the bottom and a single on top. (Please Note: The elevator does not go to the cupola.) With generous sleeping options and a welcoming layout, this property is ideal for relaxing vacations and memorable gatherings.

The home features a spacious kitchen with modern appliances, which includes two refrigerators, a free-standing ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and large seafood pot. Additional amenities include an elevator to all floors, keyless entry, a washer and dryer, central heating and air, and two outdoor showers. For entertainment, the home offers high-speed Wi-Fi and 9 Smart TVs throughout, ready for streaming with your own accounts.

This property is a member of the Islander Resort which gives you access to the oceanfront community pool at The Isles Beach Club located at 417 West Second Street.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. (Please be aware that top bunks are NOT included in the bed making service.) Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.
