Casa, 4 dormitorios, 3 baños completos, 1 ducha exterior y capacidad para 10

Comunidad Summer Place ubicada a 1/2 milla del centro de la isla y todas las actividades. (Restaurantes, mini golf, muelle, heladería, tiendas, puerto deportivo, etc.)

El campo de golf Ocean Ridge Plantation está a solo diez minutos.

La piscina comunitaria está ubicada en la entrada de Summer Place, justo enfrente de un acceso público a la playa. A pocos pasos de la playa desde la casa.

Esta es una casa de playa muy abierta, bien ventilada, decorada en los colores del océano con un gran porche cubierto de 1/2 cubierta. La cocina y el estudio han sido recientemente renovados con pisos de madera, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos y muebles nuevos. El área del estudio está abierta al piso de arriba con un techo alto y un televisor de pantalla plana de 46 pulgadas. WIFI incluido. Hay cuatro dormitorios (3 tienen TV) y tres baños completos y una ducha al aire libre. Alquiler de ropa de cama disponible a través del servicio de limpieza. Relájese y escuche el océano desde la terraza mientras observa a los niños jugar.

Great house close to the beach!

This is a great property! It's incredibly well-stocked with just about everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous and we just loved staying here.

The location of this place is perfect! The hostess was quick to resolve any problems we had at the beginning of the week. Made great memories here! I love the front porch! Great for reading and Bible study!Having everything needed to walk and play at the beach more easily was a bonus! Fantastic house!

My husband and I have been staying at the Carolina beaches for over 40 years. This was one of the nicest and best equipped places we have stayed at. We will be back. The only caveat was the beaches were very crowded. Could be the location or maybe just a lot of vacationers

This house is amazing! It is perfect for our family. Plenty of space and places to sit. Great outdoor space. Plenty of parking space. Loved having the beach chairs and wagon. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can image. This is our Second year staying here. I see this becoming our forever vacation destination!

Great small vacation

Property is beautiful and so close to the beach. My wife and I enjoyed the Sunset Beach race while my in-laws enjoyed the beach and everything this property has to offer. We will definitely be visiting again!

Well equipped vacation home!

This home was clean and comfortable with a great deck. The kitchen was really well equipped and we really loved the fully stocked beach equipment closet!

Great place, great location.

We absolutely loved our stay. Really close to the pool and the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. The decor throughout the house was super cute. Plenty of space for our family of 9. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great as well.

Wonderful stay’

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable and was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. the rooms were very clean and the house size was perfect for 3 couples and two children! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Kim & Chris's home. Kim is an excellent host, she answered all my questions (I asked a lot) very quickly. The house was very clean upon arrival. You can tell a lot of thought was put into furnishing the house, well stocked kitchen, nice bedding and looks to be recently updated as well. A really nice touch was that they provided beach chairs and boogie boards so we didn't have to bring our own!! We will be renting this home again next year.

Property was immaculate! The Graper family has left you all the necessary beach essentials. It’s a short walk to the public beach access and the porch is great for breakfast or late evenings!

Great time

Nice stay, just the right size and didn’t have to bring chairs and such for the beach. Pool was right around the corner and beach right across the street, or like we had a golf cart the access for cart parking was only about 3 blocks down

Great week at the beach

Owners were great to work with, especially given the pandemic issues. House was neat, clean, and very comfortable. Storeroom had everything we needed for the beach. Just a short walk to the pool and the beach.

Such ease renting the property, communicating with property owners, and arrival process. Quick easy walk to the beach and so many fun beach supplies for us to use! Kid friendly and super clean! This was our second time staying here and will definitely be booking it again!

Great House!

Wonderful house! The house is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen, great games and tons of books. We were very impressed with the beach gear. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to take it all to the beach. Thanks for an amazing trip!

Owning a vacation home here was a longtime dream of ours, and in the winter of 2018, that dream became a reality. Since then, we’ve thoughtfully updated the home to create a space that feels comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for making lasting memories.
