Baltic Sea, dream home with a sauna

An ideal vacation home for four! Our approximately 72-square-meter, 3-room vacation apartment in the historic center of Warnemünde can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It’s centrally located at Poststr. 20, yet in a quiet setting, in a beautiful courtyard with a separate entrance. Parking space (included!) in the underground garage of the old post office on Poststrasse. Looking for something special?
Then spend your vacation in your very own captain’s house, just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea beach.

In the historic center of Warnemünde, in a very quiet courtyard and just 100 meters from the Alter Strom, you’ll find the “Baltische See” vacation apartment—completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with great attention to detail—located on the first floor and first floor, with space for 4 people. Enjoy sunny days in a beach chair on your private terrace, or on cooler days, relax in your own sauna and by the blazing fire in the fireplace (firewood not provided).
A private parking space, No. 091, in the nearby parking garage at Molenfeuer is available to you free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen is located in the light-filled, open-concept living/dining area. Here you’ll find an induction stove, an oven with microwave function, and a dishwasher. A washing machine is also available for your use. When it comes to coffee, you can choose between coffee pods and filter coffee. From the cozy couch with a recamier, you’ll have a perfect view of the 50-inch flat-screen TV, which is paired with a Bose soundbar. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The large bedroom on the upper floor, featuring hardwood floors, a box-spring bed, and a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. With the window open, you can listen to the seagulls or the sounds of cruise ships coming and going. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, another flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Enjoy the large, open rain shower in the spacious bathroom. A heated towel rack and underfloor heating are, of course, included. There is also a separate guest restroom. A controlled ventilation system ensures a constant supply of fresh air even when the windows are closed.

The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat)

Everything is within easy reach from here: 100 m to Alter Strom, 250 m to the bakery and many other shopping options around Kirchenplatz, 300 m to bike rentals, and 750 m to the beach.
From the nearby train station (500 m), you can take the S-Bahn directly to Rostock.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Are you vacationing with friends or an extended family? Then take advantage of the additional neighboring apartment, “Baltische Rose” (sleeps 3 people).

Visitor’s tax ( 01.09.2023 ) in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered caregiver
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
