Finca Javier is located in walking distance to the beautiful old town of Pollensa. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Javier is furnished in an elegant and comfortable country house style. All on one floor, the house offers an ample living/dining area, a modern kitchen with dining table and two bedrooms, which are sharing one modern bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer. Finca Javier is a comfortable holiday home for a holiday with children or a small group of friends.

Finca Javier is set within mature gardens and offers a magnificent outdoor area with private pool. There is a large BBQ area with brick-built BBQ, Pizza/bread oven and a work top with sink. The terrace has views of the pool and the countryside and is fitted with comfortable lounge furniture.


Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
