Immaculately clean and highly maintained - Welcome to the crown Jewel of the Isle at Coral Canyon! Enjoy a luxurious stay at this brand new home. There are 18 total beds that are all extremely comfortable! 3 bedrooms each have King beds, and 2 bunk rooms have a total of five Single beds, five Double beds, and five floor Single beds. Ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom. The backyard patio features outdoor/indoor dining and a gas fire pit with amazing views overlooking the southern sky and Coral Canyon Golf Course at holes 5 and 6. On the upper balcony, there’s a hot tub that goes great with that southern winter sunlight. Enjoy it all with no backyard neighbors!

The community amenities are open year-round! This includes the gym, clubhouse, pool, giant hot tub, slide, lazy river, pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, and 9-Square. Open 6:00am to 10:00pm.

The garage space includes a basketball game, 4-In-A-Row, Tic-Tac-Toe, giant dice, pickleball paddles, a volleyball, a ball for 9-Square, two pool noodles, 2 pool loungers, and 2 mountain bike wall holders.

The 85-inch TVs are loaded with movies and arcade games to play and are a great place to gather the family to wind down after full day of adventure.

The Tesla Wall Connector (32A max) is for Tesla vehicles only. You may charge one Tesla vehicle per stay (up to 3 days) free of charge. Additional days and/or vehicles are $10 each per day. Overnight charging preferred. Provide VIN to host to unlock.

To keep the hot tub in pristine condition, we hire professional service. If the maintenance day falls during your stay, please be accommodating to the servicer so the work can be done properly to keep the hot tub ready for you and other guests to follow. The service Tech will knock on the front door twice allowing time for you to answer. If no answer, they will unlock the door and announce themselves into the home. Let us know if you have any questions before booking. We appreciate the cooperation.

Only booked guests are allowed to stay at the home or use the resort amenities. The HOA has strict resort policies that must be followed in order to stay here. See House Rules and Guide. No subletting allowed. Host has the right to inspect the home during your stay if deemed necessary and will coordinate with you. For your security and ours, exterior security cameras are present at the front doorbell, garage door, and back patio and can see the hot tub, grill, garage, and fire pit, and record 24/7.

Cleaning costs cover basic cleaning items (e.g., washing linens, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, resetting consumable and making beds, etc.). It does not and cannot cover cleaning stains/smells out of bedding, carpets, couches, or gathering up trash or repairing damage. Basic cleaning also does not cover hot tub drain & refill (not needed unless the hot tub is abused). If you treat the home with respect, you will not have extra cleaning costs to pay.
