The home offers bikes, beach tram service to the private beach, an abundance of complimentary beach gear!

- Great spot for families - Peddler's Pavilion has nightly music, and the Timpoochee Trail is steps away for walks or bike rides along 30A.

- Step up to the home and enjoy the coastal breeze from the front porch, complete with comfortable outdoor seating.
- Once you enter this home immediately to the right is the king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
- Washer and dryer is in the hall closet.
- The king bedroom is tucked away at the back of this floor and includes an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet for added comfort.
Second Floor >
- Up the stairs be greeted to the open concept living area with modern coastal décor.
- Off the top of the stairs is the shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- The bunk room with a twin over twin is located next to the bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and Cuisinart drip coffee machine mornings will be a breeze.
- Pull up a seat at the dining table that seats 6 with the counter seating 4, everyone can gather for family dinners.
- With plenty of seating for everyone, the living area is perfect for cozy family movie nights.

- Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily from 9a-5:30pm and the closest stop is only one house over from this home.
- You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 8-10 min walk
◾Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 3 vehicles.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are not permitted in Seacrest.
- Pets: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
