The villa is in the Dolphin Building, 2nd floor (no elevator), with a short 5‑minute walk along the garden path to the beach. Parking is unassigned; up to 2 vehicles allowed. All vehicles (up to 2) must be added to gate pass by host to enter. Host will add primary guest automatically, but must be notified of second car driver name and phone number before arrival for entry. A $25 parking fee is paid at the gate.

To keep the property peaceful and safe, The Spa does not allow:

• Mopeds, e‑bikes, motorcycles, dual‑wheel vehicles, tractors, RVs, golf carts, trailers, boats, or watercraft
• Pets
• Personal items on shared walkways or porches
• Fishing, crabbing, or diving from the pier or lagoon
• Fireworks
• Alcohol consumption or loitering in common areas

Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. NO smoking, vaping or illegal drug use. No parties.
