Esta casa de montaña personalizada tiene 5 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños y muchas mejoras. Por favor, mire las fotos para algunas de las características agradables.
Fácil acceso con camino pavimentado, con hermosas vistas a la montaña y cerca de la pintoresca ciudad de West Jefferson, que está a menos de 5 minutos, con restaurantes, tiendas y lugares históricos. Viaje corto a Boone y Blue Ridge Parkway. Disfrute de caminatas, restaurantes, tiendas, artesanías, turismo, rafting, ciclismo (Creeper Trail no muy lejos) y tiendas especializadas.

Nuestra casa cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, chimenea a gas, madera hermosa en toda la casa, cubierta grande y también un patio inferior con vistas a las montañas, una entrada de piedra y madera cubierta. Satélite, internet, wi-fi gratis, teléfono residencial y 6 HDTV.
El tamaño completo lavadora / secadora en el lavadero.

01/09/2015 acaba de agregar áreas calzada y estacionamiento totalmente pavimentadas. Nunca tiene que tocar la grava de llegar a nuestra casa!

Perfect

The house was amazing. Just what we needed to spend quality time together. The view was outstanding. You can tell every detail was thought through with this house. We appreciate the time to be able to visit West Jefferson and thankful to be able to stay in this house. We will definitely be retuning.

Property was exactly as described and the view was gorgeous. We had everything we needed and more. Although the basement had a dehumidifier, it was still musty and our asthmatic family member could not participate in ping pong or the pool table. The owners are extremely particular and also do not allow visitors. We did agree to this but would not stay again. Some may not have a problem with this but we found it to be restricting. Overall, a good stay.

Wonderful Ladies week !

We had 5 ladies on our annual girls trip to the mountains. This home was absolutely perfect for our week. The location was fantastic, 5 min. to West Jefferson (which we all loved!) and close to Blowing Rock and Boone (This is a big shopping group). The home was very clean, kitchen well stocked, view off the back deck was wonderful, which we enjoyed morning and evening. Bedroom space was great and all very comfortable, great privacy. I would highly recommend this home, we will definitely be back! Owners were extremely responsive and checked in on us at arrival, which was very nice.

Beautiful house with great views. Close to shops and restaurants.

This is the third year our family has stayed at Our Point of View. There is plenty of room for our family. The house is beautifully decorated with authentic mountain decor. The views from the deck are great. The owners provided us with just about everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. We look forward to coming back next year.

Incredible Property

My wife, youngest daughter, and I stayed here June 15-22, 2024, sharing the cabin with two extended family members. “Our Point of View” is the most beautiful, comfortable cabin we have had the pleasure of renting in our 36 yearly trips to the area. It is a well maintained home with a fully equipped kitchen and modern conveniences throughout. The five of us had plenty of space to be together or to have privacy and quiet. Well up into the mountains, it is nevertheless easily accessible by paved road and provides wonderful vistas from windows and large porches. Parking is very limited on the property and guests not registered to stay at the cabin are not permitted, limiting its use in welcoming other family members for meals etc. when coming to the area for larger family reunions as we do each Summer. All in all, we definitely hope to be back soon.

Biking in north Carolina

4 couples from around the US got together for a crazy 100 mile bike ride !! The accommodations were absolutely fantastic, with veiws to die for right off the deck!!! Deer every moring in the yard, such a wonderful place to stay!!!

Beautiful house with plenty of room and great views.

Our family spent a wonderful weekend at this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for our family. The house is well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed many hours relaxing on the deck enjoying the great views of the mountains. The location was great. It is close to downtown West Jefferson. We enjoyed browsing in the cute shops and there are many great restaurants. We are planning to come back to this house again next year.

Comfortable stay in the mountains, great kitchen

Stayed with two families and young kids, all who enjoyed the proximity to hiking, creeks, and beautiful views. Great kitchen that was easy to cook in and host everyone.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Perfect location

Had wanted to go to W Jefferson for years and finally did this trip to the mountains. Rented this property because of its proximity to town while still in a gorgeous, mountain setting. Well-stocked. Clean. Easy to cook meals in but also enjoyed a retirement dinner celebration at Craft Bistro in town. Also, all roads paved/accessible to home. Views and lovely breeze on deck made for many memorable moments. It was 93 at home (central nc) one day and 75 there! Ahhhhhh.

Very Relaxing Home with Great Hosts!

Kathy and Steve have thought of everything you might need or want in a vacation home. It is definitely a "home" and not a "house." We knew that mid November might bring a few weather surprises and we got to enjoy them all from hurricane rains to an inch of snow all in two days! We didn't mind at all because we were all very satisfied cooking, playing games and snoozing. We did get to enjoy the peaceful view several times when the sun broke through and took lots of nice photos. We also were visited by deer each day! This was our second trip to Our Point of View and we are looking forward to visiting again next year! Kathy and Steve, thank you for texting and checking in on us!

Beautiful home for a large family

The cabin was perfect for our large family for attending a family members wedding. Great layout and plenty to entertain us. The view from the porch was the best!!

We are a family of 5 who love our home in West Jefferson, North Carolina Throughout the years we vacationed at many different Carolina mountain homes. We even owned a home in Beech Mountain for a couple years and although it had lovely views, it was at least 30 minutes to any nearby restaurants or shopping,

When we stayed at West Jefferson we knew this was the place we wanted to purchase a home at. It has so much more to offer than the other areas we visited previously- it is a small family-oriented town that is clean, safe, and close to all the activities the mountains have to offer. Near restaurants, shopping, dining, antiquing, and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

When we were younger, we stayed at many places, but they always seemed to let us down- issues with cleanliness, location, amenities, etc. We decided if we were ever fortunate enough to own a vacation home that we, or people who visited our home, would never experience these issues. We offer everything possible at our homes. We handle all rentals on our own, being most rental companies are concerned with profit above guest satisfaction. We do everything possible to ensure a 5 star stay for our guests who often become friends over the years, and even have a local contact, who is a friend of ours, to help handle any unforeseen issues that one may incur during their stay.

We try to make sure our homes have everything that you would have at your personal home like a well-stocked kitchen and laundry, plus nice amenities while on vacation like providing of linens and house towels, decking chairs, ping pong, pool table, a well stocked kitchen, and much more
