The Space:

Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, this 1,550-square-foot single-story condo features an open and functional layout. Unwind in the spacious living room, share meals in the dining area, or sip your morning coffee on one of the four private patios.



The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to its own patio with a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining.



Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and private:

Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed, a TV, and direct access to a private patio.

Second Bedroom: Offers another king bed and a TV.

Den/Third Sleeping Area: A flexible space with a sleeper sofa that can also serve as a home office with a dedicated workspace.



The home includes two full bathrooms:

One bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.

A second bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Cathedral Canyon Country Club is a gated, resort-style community known for its peaceful atmosphere, lush landscaping, and convenient location. Guest Access:

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire condo unit. This includes:

All interior living spaces and bedrooms.

Four private patios, including one with a BBQ grill.

The private front entry courtyard.

A private, enclosed garage for one vehicle.



Additionally, guests are welcome to use the shared community amenities, which include a swimming pool and spa.

Cathedral Canyon Country Club is a gated, resort-style community known for its peaceful atmosphere, lush landscaping, and convenient location. The property is close to golf courses, hiking trails, shopping, dining, and all that Cathedral City and the greater Palm Springs area have to offer.



Other Things to Note:

This home is suitable for children but is not pet-friendly. Events and parties are not permitted. Guests are asked to turn off heating and air conditioning when chceking out of the unit. Community pool and spa hours may be restricted. This is a quiet residential community, and guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors at all times.



Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times when possible for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



Community pool note: Pools are heated on a monthly rotating schedule.
