Ground Level
Arrive to covered parking, a private outdoor shower, and a cozy indoor sitting area with a mini-fridge-
ideal for rinsing off after the beach or unwinding with a cold drink.
Main Level
Step inside to a bright Great Room, open living and dining spaces that flow into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for casual meals or family gatherings.
A convenient laundry room sits just off the kitchen.
The main-level bedroom features a king bed and direct access to a full bathroom that also opens to the living area.
The highlight of this level is the oversized screened porch overlooking the canal-your go-to spot for morning coffee, evening breezes, or simply soaking in the peace of the water.
Upper Level
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two sets of bunks plus a trundle (5 twins total).
A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects the two rooms, making this level perfect for kids, friends, or extended family.
Outdoor Living and Boating
Bring your boat! Coral Cove offers 100 feet of bulkhead for tying up, plus a 16-foot fixed dock perfect for small boats, fishing, or relaxing by the water.
