A 3-5 min walk or 2 min bike ride to the beach! This home has peaceful views from the living/dining room to watch the birds, fish, alligators, and golfers! This family friendly, close to the beach, home, is a place to rest and relax and unwind for a short vacation or la long extended stay!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This home is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath homes that sleeps 6. There is a kitchen with cookware & new appliances. The laundry room provides a full size stackable washer/dryer combo. Also available to guests is the storage shed underneath the home that stores beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and also storage wagons! Also, there is a starter set of toiletries will be available for you to use; toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. There are also cleaning supplies that you can use at your discretion.
***Car Passes-The host will send you a link, once booked to register your make/model of car, you will then receive a QR code for you to show the gate security once you check into to then be printed. This will allow your car to park and have access while on the island. Please keep this in your front left dashboard throughout your stay. There is a 2 car maximum for our unit. There is a $40/car or golf cart for each car that is renting for the week.
***Amenity Passes are included with the rental at the cost of the host. These passes are OPTIONAL and you only need to register with SIPOA, if you would like access to the facilities. To set up an Amenity pass, the renter must get in touch with SIPOA prior to arrival and instructions will be sent by host after booking.
An Amenity Pass is required to access all Seabrook Island amenities: the Lake House (heated indoor pool, outdoor lakeside pool with a kiddie pool, playground, fitness center, fitness classes, and library), the Beach Club (oceanfront pools and Pelican’s Nest restaurant), 3 restaurants (Palmetto Room and Bohicket Lounge at the Seabrook Island House, and Pelican’s Nest at the Beach Club), two championship golf courses (Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds), Equestrian Center and tennis and pickle ball at the Racquet Club. Greens fees, dining charges, gym workouts, tennis reservation, fitness classes, etc, will be charged to the amenity app and are the renters responsibility. All usage charges will be charged to the credit account tied to your amenity pass on the app. The Lakehouse indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
***Guests must preorder amenity access passes and once booked, the host will send the information. IT IS SUPER IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE WEBSITE PROVIDED BY THE HOST, ONCE BOOKED, TO BE ABLE TO USE THE AMENITIES AND CORRESPONDENCE TO SEABROOK ISLAND POA.
