The property includes exterior-facing security cameras monitoring the driveway and entry points for safety and security. There are no interior cameras.
The backyard and amenities—including the hot tub, game garage, basketball half-court, and play areas—are private and available exclusively to guests during their stay. Children are welcome, and parents should supervise use of all amenities.
Smoking or Vaping of any kind in the house or on the premises will result in a minimum fine of $750 to cover the cost of mitigation.
On-street parking passes are provided for your convenience and are located in the house guide binder on the kitchen counter. Please return all passes to the binder prior to departure. A $40 replacement fee per pass will be applied if any are missing.

Absolutely perfect for our first trip with our baby. We probably didn’t need to pack nearly as much as we did since there was a pack and play, high chair, silicon bibs, bottle washing mat, and books! There was more than enough room for all of us.
