Outside, the private pickleball court steals the show—perfect for morning matches, afternoon fun, or evening games under the Texas sky. Whether you’re competitive or just playing for laughs, it adds a unique and memorable touch to your stay.

Located on the first level, this inviting bedroom features a king bed and offers easy access for guests who prefer main-level accommodations.

Tucked just off the den, this king bedroom provides both comfort and privacy, ideal for couples or additional guests.
SECOND LEVEL

Situated to the right of the stairs, this bedroom features a king bed and a calm, restful atmosphere.
Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room (Sleeps 6)
Also located to the right of the stairs, this fun and functional room includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a pyramid bunk (twin over double), making it perfect for kids, teens, or a group of friends.
