We’re located in Laguna Beach where the beach remains untouched. Come prepared to make wonderful memories! Bring your toothbrush and clothes and we’ll do the rest – vacation: simplified!
Whether you’re upstairs in the sleeping loft, down in the living room and kitchen or relaxing on the balcony, you can’t help but get lost in the incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! Our comfortable furnishings and our newly updated interior pair perfectly to create a quiet, cozy beach retreat for you and your family.
The property is within a short drive of excellent restaurants, shopping establishments and grocery stores. If you need a break from fun in the sun and white sand, Gulf World Marine Park, Panama City Beach Winery, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark are all within minutes of our front door.
We’re here to help answer any questions you may have – from planning your trip through the end of your vacation. We knew that Emerald Shores 3002 was special the first time we visited – and when we came across this property, we knew we had found a true piece of paradise. We look forward to sharing our PCB treasure (our home) with you and your family. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your vacation is one to be remembered!
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):
• Master bedroom offers a king-size bed with access to the downstairs full bathroom
• The Loft offers a king-size bed, day bed (twin size) along with a trundle (twin) and access to its own full bathroom
Sorry, no pets are allowed. No smoking/vaping. We are not wheelchair accessible.
