The Space:

Be one of our first guests at this roomy, newly renovated 4 bed, 3.5 bath home right by Summer Waves and 3 minutes to the beach.

This townhome is beautiful. Every detail within the home is perfectly curated for your stay. 4 bedrooms; the primary and 1 guest bedroom each have a King bed. The third guest room has a Queen bed. The bonus room serves as both an office and a bedroom with a Queen Murphy bed. The bathrooms have beautiful walk in tile showers with lots of extra room!



The kitchen is fully stocked for short or longer stays and overlooks the open living room and balcony. You have a large walkout balcony overlooking the pool. It can be accessed from the living room and primary bedroom.



Three bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs for streaming your favorite programs.



While the inside is beautiful, you will love the exterior features and location. You are a quick 2 minute walk to the closest gas station, 5 minute walk to the shops/convention center and a less than 5 minute drive to the beach. Summer Waves waterpark is a 1 minute drive. All of this within a quiet community with a community pool!



You also have access to an elevator from the garage. It goes to all floors. The garage can fit 4 cars and is a massive 1400 square feet!



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.



Guest Access:

You can access the home from the front door which is on the second level. If you are unable to climb to the second level and need access through the elevator in the garage, we can of course make accommodations to meet you there and let you in.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, walkable neighborhood just a few minutes from everything Jekyll has to offer!



Getting Around:

There are several nearby bike and walkpaths. You can also rent a golf cart from a local shop and drive it around the island.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



Pets are welcome! We do have a $100 non-refundable pet fee, which covers up to 2 pets.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
