Great location but this villa needs a lot of love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fun trip and loved the location close to the Trading Post and laundry, and the golf cart made getting around easy. The villa had what we needed, but it could use a deep cleaning. Cabinets were greasy, dust was in corners and under beds, and the outdoor space felt a bit neglected. A rusty decoration out front and dirty decks took away from the charm.The waterpark was fun but crowded, and there weren’t many working tubes. Overall, we made great memories, but the villa would really shine with some extra care and curb appeal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived to our rental we were above impressed. The unit was beautiful and clean. They had plenty of linens cleaned and wrapped and waiting for us. There was a roof leak at the add on the was address immediately. This was something that could not be helped do to so many storms. Our only complaint was how hard beds were. We had to go buy foam toppers. But this is an amazing unit.
