Living Spaces
This is where it all starts! This space has been outfitted with everything your family needs for a truly memorable vacation. Perfectly coordinated furnishings and decor in shades of blue evoke the peace and tranquility of the water. Enjoy a true theater experience on the 55” Samsung Frame Smart TV with high-speed WiFi. If you can't find anything on your streaming services that intrigues you, we provide a variety of DVDs, along with a Blu-Ray player. Family gamers of all ages will be thrilled to find a Super Nintendo Classic with 30 preloaded games. We also provide board games if you're looking for something a little more low-key that you can all enjoy together. We provide a Pack & Play for our littlest guests.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
The outdoor association swimming pool (closest to the Marina) is open and heated Memorial Day - Labor Day. The indoor association swimming pool (closest to the home) is open and heated year round. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

This is where it all shines! A kitchen truly fit for a gourmet foodie and entertainer, it has been supplied with everything needed to create a meal that will make your guests feel honored.

The adjacent dining table for 8 (plus a high chair and a booster seat!) makes it easy to enjoy those luscious meals together as a family. It also provides a great opportunity to discuss the things you've done, plan for more adventures, and create happy memories.

Bed & Bath
All three bedrooms are on the second floor of the home and each features Amazon Echo Speakers. Two of the three bedrooms (king and queen) also have Smart TVs. The primary suite offers a romantic king-size four-poster bed with a Casper mattress for an ultra-comfy night's sleep. For those who enjoy reading a few pages before bed, the dual nightstands and lamps will come in handy. A ceiling fan keeps you cool. A convenient desk sits in the corner if you have to check in with the office. You'll love this en-suite bath, offering double sinks and an oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with Casper mattress, and a small seating area perfect for checking your socials or just a few minutes alone. Other amenities include dual nightstands and lamps and a ceiling fan. The kids' room is just perfect, with two sets of twin bunks, some convenient cubbies, and a small seating area. These two bedrooms share a hall with a tub/shower.

Outdoor Spaces
We are well equipped for your family's outdoor fun! Have a good old-fashioned family barbecue using the Weber gas grill on the patio. And then enjoy your meal al fresco at the dining table for 6. Later in the evening, be sure to gather the marshmallows and s'mores ingredients before you head outside to the Solo Stove Firepit with complimentary wood and kindling. Don't forget the community pool, clubhouse, and firepit are yours to take advantage of. The clubhouse offers both boat and golf cart rentals.
