The bright and cozy living area invites you to relax, featuring an open-concept kitchen, an inviting dining area, and a comfortable sofa nook. From here, you can also access the covered south-facing terrace, which is equipped with two sun loungers and a table with four chairs.

The bedroom features a cozy double box-spring bed, while the living room has a sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guests. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate shower.

You can park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator or via the stairs.

The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
