Summary:
Island Escape is a ground level 3 bedroom canal front home in the heart of Marathon, designed for easy family vacations in the Florida Keys. With dockage, kayaks, bicycles, a spacious deck, and plenty of room to gather, this home makes it simple to enjoy time together on and off the water. **A brand new private heated and chilled pool is scheduled for completion the first week of June. All stays with arrival dates on or after June 6 will include full pool access.**
The Space:
Island Escape offers comfortable single level living with a split floor plan, ideal for families traveling together.
The open kitchen flows directly into the dining and living area, creating a welcoming space for meals, games, and relaxing after a day on the water. A bonus bar room provides an additional hangout space for adults while the main living area stays centered around family time.

Primary Suite
King bed with private en suite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom
King bed.
Twin Bedroom
Two twin beds.
The king guest room and twin bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shared shower, plus an additional separate toilet room for added convenience.

Pool Information:
***Island Escape does not currently have a pool.***
A new private heated and chilled pool is scheduled for completion the first week of June. All reservations with arrival dates on or after June 6 will include full access to the pool. Reservations with arrival dates prior to June 6 will not have access to a pool.
The heater allows for comfortable swimming during cooler months and the chiller keeps the water refreshing during the summer heat.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the home, yard, dock, driveway, kayaks, bicycles, and grill.
Self guided check in makes arrival simple and convenient.
The Neighborhood:
Island Escape is located at 11280 1st Ave Gulf in Marathon, offering a convenient mid Keys location close to dining, shopping, and family friendly activities.
Getting Around:
Marathon is best explored by car. Grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and attractions are all within a short drive. The driveway offers plenty of space for vehicles and boat trailers.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum Stay
A 7 night minimum stay is required by city regulations. Maximum occupancy is determined by the city and cannot be exceeded.
