The space
The Sandstone’s 1,200 sq. ft. ground-level layout offers an airy open floor plan ideal for family gatherings and oceanfront entertaining. The living area features custom furnishings, coastal artwork, and large windows that invite natural light.
A gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances connects to a dining area perfect for long conversations after sunset. Each bedroom features plush linens and spa-inspired bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for every guest.
Guest access
Guests enjoy a private ground-level entrance with smart lock access, one reserved parking pass, and overflow parking on-site. Shared amenities include a private pool, sun deck, and direct beach access just steps away. Inside, you’ll find an in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and streaming-enabled smart TVs.

The Sandstone is one of six boutique villas within Sea House Villas, each uniquely designed with a shared standard of coastal refinement. Guests receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.
