The home is thoughtfully divided into two fully separate living areas, connected only by exterior stairs at the front and back of the house - ideal for groups who want both togetherness and privacy.
Downstairs, the studio suite offers a comfortable open-concept layout combining the kitchen, dining, living, and sleeping areas. A sofa bed and twin daybed with twin trundle provide flexible sleeping options, while the full bathroom, washer and dryer, sauna, and garage with a second refrigerator, add extra convenience for longer stays or poolside entertaining.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and inviting main living space designed for gathering.
