The Space:

This beautiful third floor, Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit sleeps 8 people with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom and a bunk room along with the sleeper sofa. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous unit include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room has a table to sit down to a home-cooked meal. With seating on this large balcony, you will be able to relax and enjoy endless spectacular views of the white, sugar sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable, quiet, fun, easy and close walk to beach. Kids had a blast, pools were immaculate and super easy to get in and out. Will be returning!

Great location

We were looking for some beach time. This condo was perfect location being right on the beach. We recommend this location for a family. The bunk bed room is pretty small so be warned but overall good experience

Everything was great, and convenient. Great access to beach. The only negative is the whole condo reeked of the smell of marijuana the whole time we were there, from the last tenants.

Beautiful condo

Our first time in Okaloosa. We usually stay in Gulf Shores. The condo was a little more than we usually spend for a week, but it did not disappoint with quality. Would recommend!

Comfortable, convenient

Easy check in, clean and comfortable and convenient…both to elevator and overlooking the pool as well as nearby businesses. We enjoyed the option of beach chairs/umbrella provided. We liked having 2 pools for kids and the hot tub was great.

Wonderful week at the beach!

The condo was perfect! We will definitely be back! Clean and everything worked except coffer maker but that wasn't a problem for us. The location was perfect and perfect for beach access. We can't wait to go back! Very family oriented.

The condo was very clean, beautiful views of the gulf and pier. Right on the beach. The chair and umbrella service made things so easy. It’s a short drive to most restaurants and the Gulfarium or you can walk across the street to AJs and Old Bay Steamer.

Awesome views!

We have stayed at a couple different VRBOs and this one was perfect! Plenty of pans for cooking, right on the beach (which I am a stickler for), clean, and everyone was helpful. We had a minor maintenance issue, I told the people who were running the unit, and a repair guy was there the next morning. It was great!

Family getaway

Great condo, great location! Property was in great condition, clean and full stocked with everything as advertised. Had small issue with door code, but called the customer service and they handled it immediately over the phone. Problem solved in less than two minutes.

Very nice

We enjoyed everything. Everything was very clean and neat. Could have used more stocking of dishwashing pods and hand soap and some trash bags for the kitchen. But not a deal breaker. We will be back.

Almost perfect

Location, amenities, comfortable, almost perfect. However when began to cook using the syove...doyens of roches began appearing up the wallet behind the store. Maintenance came right away and sprayed behind the store, but a few hours later roches were behind the pull out couch and crawler on my granddaughter. I recommend à mn entire fumigation.

Great location great beach clean but not everything worked!

unit did not have wireless internet all week as advertised and even with follow up with management team they could not fix it. They did offer a refund but past folks staying here had the same issue so it tells me they are not swift with working on the fix and we would of stayed somewhere else if that was the case. Overall it is a great beach and area. Thanks for the memories with our family.

Vacation 2022

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!! Our first night roaches were in bathroom, and hallway we contacted the front desk they said they’d send someone up to spray. Second night the same issue, and then issue just continued to increase roaches were in kitchen in our food kids were absolutely scared! I continued to text, and call with them sending maintenance up to spray. Just hoping we didn’t bring any of the bugs home at this point!!! The location of condo, and view was amazing.

Problems

My experience with the maintenance department was beyond belief. I understand there are going to be some problems but the reaction to them was actually comical. Three in particular, no television in all of the bedrooms, fire alarm going at 4 am in the master, and bugs. The story of the reaction to these borders on ridiculous. If you want to hear the stuff call me Bill at 513-560-8168. It is too long to relate here.

Disgusting

When we arrived the blanket on the top bunk in the bunk room was covered in black dog hair there were only two toilet paper rolls in the entire unit, there was one trash bag for the kitchen trash, when they came to clean the blanket for the bunk, A pair of boys dirty underwear had fallen from the top bunk to the bottom bunk. My daughter found them and touched them not knowing what it was. This was at 10 o’clock at night on the first night so they couldn’t sleep in the room. I went to the front desk at 9 AM to tell them about it they said they would get someone right away to clean the room I had to go back at 3 o’clock because no one had come yet. I spoke with the site manager and he assured me he would have someone there shortly which he did. My daughters were disgusted and so are my friends, it made us feel like the rest of the place was dirty. It was not a great experience

Nice place

Our check in process didn’t go well. We were texted the code to the door and it was the previous renters code so we couldn’t get it. We were unable to check in for an hour. We had already picked up our groceries thinking we could check in at 4 pm so we had frozen item melting. I called Vasca customer service, the representative tried to change the code over the phone multiple times, and was unsuccessful. Once he got in touch with a local Vasca representative, they changed the code and we were finally able to get in around 5 pm. Overall, the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stayed. Things that need fixed would be the dishwasher and all four plugs in the master bathroom. We had to hand wash all our dishes, I called Vasca at waterscape next door and they were going to send someone out to fix the dishwasher but no one came. The electrical plugs in the master bathroom don’t work at all.
